shout out to CeCe at great clips on Maple, she did the impossible for me. Made me feel incredibly confident with myself! I told my self the cut i wanted would not work on my thinner hair, she made it work and made it work AMAZINGLY. I forever want her to do my hair!!!

Asked for curtain bangs for my daughter. And I didn't get that at all. I just had to cut them to get the bangs out her face. The whole head of hair is uneven.
The lady who did my daughters hair was rough my daughter said ow more then 3 times. My daughter is 7.

Sat and waited over 40 minutes for haircuts.. 5 people walked in well after we got there but because they checked in online were bumped ahead of us. After waiting over 40 minutes already after the 5th person got bumped ahead of us we left. Absolutely ridiculous will not be back.

I was visiting family during the holiday break and decided to stop by Great Clips for a much-needed haircut. I usually only get haircuts when necessary, so I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. However, one of the stylists, a lady with curly hair who mentioned breaking in new boots, absolutely blew me away with her work!
She gave me a mid fade, and it was by far the best I’ve had in a long time. My hair is super coarse and can be tricky to work with, but she nailed it. I don’t usually expect much from chain salons, but her skill deserves major praise.
Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I’ll definitely be returning to this location every time I’m back in town from Texas. Highly recommend this location!

Best place I’ve been to in town. Great staff and customer service. All veterans get a discount as well as free haircuts on Veterans Day. Taryne and Stacy are my favorite!

Actual haircut wasn’t bad but the hair stylist, Heather did a horrible job. No one else was in the store so she didn’t need to rush but combed through my hair so fast and so hard. I just had my hair highlighted also. Felt like she was rushing to get back to a smoke break. The WORST experience I’ve ever had for any haircut. If u want bruises on ur scalp then by all means come here…

Me and my mom go here and Avis cuts our hair. She is quick, friendly and thorough. Great price and great service.
