First time at this location and I was very impressed. As I walked in the door Austin was quick to acknowledge me with a friendly hello and let me know I'd be up shortly. Austin was also my stylist and he did a fantastic job. Not only did he give me an amazing haircut he was very positive, energetic and fun to chat with while he cut my hair in a very timely manner. Austin is someone who truly deserves recognition. I'll definitely be a repeat customer

I had a horrible experience in hartville where the lady cut my hair very unevenly. Luckily, I went to the north canton location and the girl who fixed it was very kind and fixed her mistake. She fixed it free of charge. Really appreciate her service and making my hair look cute!

Normally love coming here but every I
Time I come her and get Angie she always seems like it a inconvenience when she has to cut someone’s hair such as from adding a bread trim and when it comes to kids forget about it and when we asked for her to take extra hair off our kids hair we got a “ughh” like excuse me if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Just a very negative and dry attitude from a few people here especially Angie.
