Today, I called the customer service line, and I was on hold for almost 2 hours. I even selected the option to have someone call me back, and they would not help me because I was calling about a business account. So, I was put back on hold.Therefore, since this was to report a fraud situation, I called the local branch to see if I could get through to someone. I'm extremely sick, and I definitely cannot come into this office, which is why I was calling. They refused to help me since I would not come in, and they said I would have to keep calling customer service. This is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever received. This is concerning fraud, and they refused to help! I also was not able to even explain the entire situation because the representatives were rude. I was speaking with a gentleman named Nick from this office, and he kept interrupting me. With a pandemic going on, you would think they would have options to help people who need to be virtual, especially since the customer service line is having issues. Once I'm back to full health, I will definitely be pulling all my money and my husband's from this bank and going to another bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is clearly the best bank in North Canton. They treat me like a million bucks every time I come in that door. I have banked over the years at all but, probably two of the newer banks in North Canton and I can honestly say that you will get the best service at this one. The staff from Maran, Julie, Lisa, Kristen, Laureen, Tom, Jasmine and Linda [I apologize if I'm forgetting anybody] couldn't be any kinder or helpful to me. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else and would only recommend Huntington to anyone I know looking for a bank. They can't be beat.

Really annoying how we waited for roughly 20 minutes and than being told they couldn't help us because they didn't have enough time. Wish they could have said something earlier so we could have made it to another location.

I went through Huntington bank in North Canton to get a loan for a house I bought. Process was rough, I had to go to Texas for work during and it was incredibly stressful even after telling the loan officer I was going to be leaving for a couple weeks and as soon as i left they needed a bunch of papers.. we got through it though, this isnt what the one star is about. So when i moved to the new house i got a bill a couple months later stating i havent paid property taxes, which i was only living there for 3 months of the year and in our loan agreement the seller was to pay what was owed until we moved in. I contacted them, they said it was normal to get a bill and it had been paid. Okay done. 6 months later i got another bill so i contact them again and sure enough they say that's weird, i can assure you it's been paid though. They faxed over a paper to the auditor saying we were paying. I kept checking the auditors website to make sure. A couple months later it still wasnt paid. I left work early and went to the auditors office to see what was going on and they assured me they never received payment at all. I go into huntington and they give me a number to call, instead of handling this themselves. I called the number and it seems as my loan has been messed up somewhere down the line. I've been paying property taxes to the wrong parcel of land somehow.. people make mistakes I get it. Its now been 2 months since I've talked to them about this and its STILL not paid.. even after acknowledging that they messed up. I just want my taxes paid so I dont have to worry about my house, that I pay for every single month on time, to not go into foreclosure over something I dont have any power over. What an absolute nightmare. They said they sent a check in on the 11th of September and is now 19 days later and still not paid. Worst experience of my life going through Huntington bank. This should've never happened and it's extremely frustrating that it's taking so long to figure out.

Lisa and Julie. Two of the most non professional employees I have ever seen. ZERO personality. Tried to cash a check, I am not a member there and understand theres a $10 fee. They treated me with disrespect and weren't friendly at all. If they would of asked, I would of probably opened an account but theres plenty of other banks that want my money. They treated me like I was doing something totally illegal when all I did was cash a check from the bank it originated from and paid your fee. I know their boss and this definitely won't fall on deaf ears. You treat the janitor the same as the CEO of Microsoft.
