Everyone at Lumination is very helpful. My most recent experience and past experiences have been exceptional with helpful assistance finding what I was looking for. I left 2 chandeliers for some repairs. They had them about a month, I called about 8 or 10 times to check on them. Phone calls ALWAYS go to voicemail, they NEVER return calls. The repairs were okay, the overall experience was BAD . The repairs were for a customer, it was embarrassing.

I was approached with assistance upon walking in. They had the exact bulbs I was not able to find at other stores. The dog was pretty welcoming as well.
