“The day after Thanksgiving, we had a family member from Florida forget a very important (topical) medication on their return trip. We were totally freaked out. Kevin at the Fulton Road Store #6832 was amazing. He literally talked us off the edge. We needed to get the package there asap, refrigerated. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. We were in the store at 1:12 pm and the package arrived still cold at 8:15 am the next day. Additionally, when I called the store the next day to say thank you, I spoke to another member of the team, Angelina. She remembered us right away and told me she had been watching the package since it was Kevin’s day off and was relieved for us when she saw it was safely there.I cannot say enough about the team at this UPS location. We are elderly; we were upset and they went above and beyond in their kindness. I hope you can recognize them in some fashion. How lucky you are to have such great people in this day and age.”
