I called about getting a prescription filled and the pharmacist who answered the phone was ruder to me than other other pharmacist I have ever spoken to. She was extremely unhelpful as well. I even let her know that she was being rude to me and she just raised her voice even more. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy.

If we want our insurance to cover any part of a prescription or get us a lower price than retail, we have to use CVS and have to get a 90 day supply. Twice now they have shorted me on pills and they have also refused to honor a Good RX coupon that was specifically for their store. Can't talk to anyone unless you have the time to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

I cannot even explain how bad this pharmacy truly is. For someone who is in the business of taling care of your clients that pay you....this is absolutely the bottom of the wrung. Not only that, they act arrogant and untouchable. CVS.....please do your thing!!

Six months ago I had a new prescription for insulin meter and needles, having just been diagnosed with diabetes. My doctor e-faxed the prescriptions. I went to CVS on Main Street in North Canton to pick them up. I was given the needles, but not the meter. They said it was out of stock and would be in a few days later. I got a text that the meter was in and made my second visit to pick it up. Brought it home and tried to use it, but quickly realized it was a different brand that my Dr. ordered and the needles they gave me would not fit. I called and explained the problem. They said bring the needles back and we will give you the correct ones. So I drove the third time to return and replace with proper needles. When I arrived they acted like they did not know I was coming and said there would be a two hour wait for service because they were busy. I pointed to the needles in a box on a shelf, clearly visible to customers, and suggested someone walk over there and get them now, since this was my third trip. They suggested that I leave. I said I would not, I would wait here as a constant reminder that they made the error and should correct it in a timely matter. Then the pharmacist came over and told the clerk to call the police and have me physically removed from the premises. I left and will Never, Never to into a CVS again. Walgreens is great!
