Crooks and Conmen
I put 7,000 down on a 2019 Ram while deployed. Not being able to inspect it, I trusted Mikes word and photos. He stated there were no issues and that it ran and drove great. The truck was shipped enclosed and arrived dirty with interior damage that wasn't disclosed. I let this go because, small potatoes.
I immediately washed the truck finding long gouges across the windshield directly in the driver and passengers line of sight. The truck shook so violently on the highway it was hard to control and the engine ticked loudly, I was also pulled over after a taillight fell off while driving. When changing the oil, I found the plug was so rounded vice grips had to be used to remove it. The oil was black and watery telling me it was very old/high mileage.
I had to purchase a new oil pan drain plug, new hardware to reattach the taillight, new tires and an alignment, costing just under 1000 dollars. The tires were 10 years old, hard as a rock and 3 were unbalanced. I still need to replace the windshield which is going to be several hundred dollars. Mike denied absolutely everything even with photographs as evidence.
Matt (Sales manager) said he'd talk to his manager about getting a partial reimbursement on the tires/alignment as thats all I really wanted. He then fielded my calls for 2 weeks and today said his manager didn't want to reimburse me but he'd try to reason with him.
What they did is unethical and disgusting to see and was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I spent the last 7 months diving into bunkers and praying to make it home to my wife. Just to be swindled immediately after returning home. This should be a non issue. An apology and a partial reimbursement was all I wanted and should have been handled a month ago.

1 star!!!!!!!!! I called and spoke to Mike about a 2010 Chevy Camaro SS.. I asked if the car had any cosmetic damage, and he said only one area and he would fix it. So I drove 5 hours to pick the car up. I quickly looked it over signed the paperwork and drove it home. The next morning I went to the garage and noticed some hail damage!! 2,600.00 worth of hail damage!!! I called Mike and told him about the damage… I told him I would pay for half the damage.. and would they pay for the rest.. he said he would talk to his manager.. Not even a return phone call.. no reply whatsoever!!!!!! Do not buy from these crooks!!!!!! Part 2. Dear owner, 1 .. I called Mike 2 days after purchase and told him about hail damage. 2.. I gave him the bid 8 days later for the hail damage 3.. I’m no meteorologist either, but it didn’t even rain here in southeastern Indiana. 3 And have phone records and text to prove it!!!4.. The insurance I cancelled was the gap insurance which is a joke!!! You knew the car was damaged!!!!! Keep your money and have a drink on me!!!!!!!!!!! Crooks!!!!
