New Berlin Bubbles & Subs is a local favorite brewery and restaurant with a cohesive German vibe. The food is excellent, very good, amazing, and delicious, featuring authentic German options like Schnitzel with Jager sauce, sausage plates, and great fries. Portions are generous and reasonably priced. The ambiance is great with a friendly, chatty, and attentive staff, though the seating area is not large. The beer selection includes their own brews and guest taps, and a new head brewer is expected to expand their offerings. The service is prompt and helpful, with staff getting their footing. It is an all-around great experience worth a return visit.
This place was great! Love the vibes and the food! Had never had Schnitzel before and it was amazing! Get the Jager sauce to go with it. I don't really like sauerkraut but what came with the sausage plate was amazing! Waiter was super friendly and attentive. All around great experience.
