The store is kept up nicely every time I visit. There are a good amount of changing rooms that aren't too small either. They regularly have sales at pretty deep discounts and many of their shirts are extremely soft.

There was only 1 cashier and she was taking care of a customer. An employee was bagging some type of orders while 4 customers were waiting to check out. The customer being waited on had a complicated exchange or return and it was taking quite some time while we were waiting to check out. It was more than 5 minutes before someone else came to help check us out. I was not happy about being ignored by the employee getting some type of pick up orders ready while the wait was 4 deep to check out. I feel people in the store should be more important to take of than orders being processed to be picked up later.

Prices have gone way up. Use to be the place you get affordable great looking clothes. The quality isn't any better for the higher prices

This old navy is horrible.clothes everywhere including on the floor. When you go to checkout you see mountain of clothes behind the registers. Fitting rooms are filled with clothes.couldn't find anyone to help me and my family. And when I did see someone they had an attitude. Especially the tall woman with brown hair. The Red sale signs are confusing.

Was super busy. Long checkout line and only 2 cashiers. The did the best they could. Were several associates on the floor didn't understand why no one helped. Thru it all cashiers were friendly.

Don't shop here. This location is racist. Walked into the store today to look for a quick pair of pants for an event we were attending in less than 3 hours with my mom and because we were African American multiple workers followed us as soon as we walked in the store and the entire time we were looking. We ended up walking out not buying anything heading to Macys. I refuse to patronize any establishment that harasses shoppers. The entire store and workers were Causcian and singled my mom and I out.

Old Navy on the Strip in Canton is a great place to buy shirts, hoodies, flannels....you name it. Their prices are always great, and they usually always have some type of special going on. Like today, one of the specials going on was they had all graphic t-shirts on sale for just ten dollars, which they were regularly priced at fifteen dollars. The store was pretty packed, but it is a Saturday, and it also seemed that there were a lot of families shopping for back-to-school deals for their kids. The workers here are always very friendly and helpful.
