Great store, I enjoy shopping here, I come for the stock of fishes, Jenna, (hope I spelled it right) is always ready to help me, She is intuitive and listens to my concerns, and answers my questions, she is gentle when scooping the fish as she bags them up! thanks Jenna!

I get my dog's nails trimmed here regularly. She has issues with other dogs and the nail staff are always able to work around that which is very helpful. I always give them a good tip!

The staff has been helpful and friendly! They have a self seeve dog bath facility, which I thought was awesome! The store is small, but very well organized!

I went in and looked at the reptiles and they had a severely emaciated and skinny bearded dragon. There were crickets way too large for it in the enclosure and when I brought it up they blamed the vendor for sending a sick animal. I work as the animal care manager for a different pet store chain and this animal should not be on the floor and should be in the back. I offered to adopt the bearded dragon and also got told no because it was on meds. An animal on medications SHOULD NOT be on the sales floor. Period.

I used to take my dogs here for grooming but the last time I went my dogs foot pad was cut and bleeding. I know accidents happen but it was still upsetting and took weeks to heal

I love coming to this location so much! I am always finding myself coming here for any animal need. The employees are the kindest people alive and always help me find my products with no hesitation. If they can't find something they will search for you and try to find someone that does know where it is. But they also don't hover around asking constantly what you need. They somehow always find the perfect balance to be available but not overbearing. And don't get me started on their care for these animals. They absolutely adore them as if they are their own and talk highly of them as if they are. Everyone there has some level of experience with every animal they sell and will walk you step by step through what you need to start out and tell you what you need for the animal straight up. The employees at this location are always so considerate of the customers and their needs. They also always carry my cat litter and dog food out to my car for me. They go above and beyond for their customers and their animals. I always find it so amazing how they recognize regulars dogs and remember their names. I'm sure they see so many but somehow they are so diligent to remember as many people and pets as possible. I will be coming back for many more years. Thank you for this exceptional service you provide. Keep it up! 💚

I love this place! Every time I go in it’s a great experience! I love seeing how well taken care of the reptiles are! The humidity and heat are beautiful! I love seeing a store taking good care for there animals! And everyone is so nice there. They answer every question I have and do whatever it takes to help! I come here for my reptiles food and will be coming back again and again!

Been here many times and must say the staff here goes above and beyond with their animals and making sure they are well taken care of. Every animal their looks well fed, humidity looks great for the reptiles, and each one gets inspected daily. Each member offers important information on how to properly take care of each animal if you're looking to bring a new family member home. Will definitely be returning!

I love this place! I get my food here for my reptiles and all the animals there are well taken care of and healthy, which is nice to see! Everyone there is very sweet and knowledgeable! If I have any questions they are happy to help! I've been coming here for years and many more!

I have been to this location many times. I even got one of my current pets from here. Every time I have been there the workers are incredibly helpful and sweet. They always answer my questions no matter how small. I always come here for my pet restocks and I cannot recommend it enough. 10/10
