Where to begin… first place is as expensive as a designer bag store, but you get subpar plants that you can go down the road and buy at a much cheaper price. However, they clearly put a lot into their facilities to make it a more pleasurable experience. Problem is that their employees have the personality of a Karen that just got told she had to work a double shift.. I walk in and the first thing I’m greeted with is “we close in 10 minutes” in the most rude and dry manner possible. Not only that, but every single person in there looks angry and uninviting. It’s obvious at this point to say I will not be back. Wish better luck to the next individual who shops here!

From the moment I walked until I checked out, I had the BEST experience ever! Jill and Kris greeted me and after walking around not sure what I actually wanted, one of the girls, previously mentioned, came over and helped me decide which tree was suited for my needs! Absolutely love the light blue spruce color and size!! At check out, they both were very helpful explaining to me all I needed to know about the tree and a few plants that I was purchasing, then offered a “surprise discount”. The shock of my life, I pulled out a 20% discount and was delighted w my luck and exceptional help! Thank You Petitti’s!

To the staff that was working the day that this unhappy customer came into your store, I am so very sorry you had to deal with a very unhappy can’t get my way kind of customer. There was no way to please him no matter what was being said to him. He embarrassed himself in every way shape and form in front of many, many customers! Loyal Customers at that! He was just acting in a childish way, that when you can’t have a cookie you pout till you get your way!To the other customers that were very scared at the yelling this man was doing at the staff and the other customers that were checking out! I’m so very sorry you felt scared and intimidated by this man! He should be very ashamed of himself and his reputation of being a business owner, and coming into a business establishment and acting in the manner he did!I am so glad he choose to go ahead and purchase his products, even though he was mad at the staff! But he didn’t need to keep ranting even after the purchase was made. He should have just left the store quietly! He made a sour taste in some customers mouths, they came up to check on the staff to see if they were okay!When the manager is trying to help you understand why you didn’t get a discount due to not using your account to the fullest and then it applies to your purchases, maybe listen more to what they are trying to say to you.Ladies you did a great job given the mannerism he was throwing at you all! I will continue to keep coming to your store for all my gardening needs! May God protect you all and keep you safe!Being a witness to this incident first hand, showed me how much people are just not caring and kind to one another anymore! People really have desensitized to life as we know it!

I have been a customer for 20yrs. I used to go to Tallmadge store before they were in town here at Jackson. Been a vendor for 17yrs licensed in Ohio. Went to Jackson location on Sunday afternoon. Was priced a order at 124.98. They said the plants would arrive Wednesday am. As they did. Went to the store and was charged 199.97. The sales staff was extremely rude. Would not recommend them to anyone. Neither will I shop again. I recommend rohrs (contact Shaun) or greens n things (John Proach). It comes down to honest people. Uselling a product

I needed help finding a plant that can handle artificial lighting and the lady laughed at me and rolled her eyes. She then came back around and assisted me….that was a very humiliating experience. I see her all time when I shop there but have never interacted with her. I’ll be sure not to ever talk to her again.

Called to check on what they have in stock for the tallest ornamental grass. Girl on the phone had no idea. I asked if I could speak to a garden specialist and I was put on hold. She came back on the line and said 8 inches. I said the tallest ordamental grass you have grows to only 8 inches. She said yes. I said well that makes no sense. Instead of putting a garden specialist on the phone I got this ridiculous response. I just hung up. Maybe train staff to know about plants if they work at a plant store. Or have them put you on the phone with someone who can help. They like to over charge you, but not help apparently. Thanks.

Wonderful selection of plants! So easy to go over budget with how great of shape their plants are! Got myself a beautiful string of pearls and happy beans for indoors. Husband and I went overboard on the outdoor selection including a bird feeder!

Pretty disappointed in this location with my first and only online order. I ordered a Lilac during their 50% off sale to guarantee I got the exact one I wanted since they were low in stock, well I received the wrong Lilac and I did not realize it till it was already in the ground. I guess I should have been a little more vigilant but I trusted this location as I frequent it a lot and tend to leave here satisfied with my purchases. I will stick to picking my own plants for now on and never do another online order again.

Pettitis in Canton OH is my happy place! The store is amazing but it’s the employees that truly make it a 5* experience! The staff is so welcoming and can answer just about any question you have without hesitation! And if they don’t have the answer, they make sure they find someone who does! Love this store!

Brought two plants for return/exchange, but had misplaced the receipts and only had my credit statement and plant tags for proof of purchase. Also some discrepancy between the tags. Brandon was hugely patient and very tenacious in helping me to resolve it. I left feeling very loyal to them. Nice to get excellent customer service. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Petitti and the amazing selection if both indoor and outdoor plants. The staff at the front are usually extremely friendly and helpfull. However, on two occasions I have asked a floor associate a question and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. The time recently that this happened, the associate was planted at the outside area door almost as she was watching me. When I stopped to ask her a question on my way back in, I could barely get it out of my mouth before she cut me off with very short unhelpful answers. It has come to the point where when I come in to shop, I won't even bother interacting with anyone there. I enjoy shopping here way too much to get myself aggravated enough to have to stop.
