This has to be the worst Bank I have ever gone to. We have gone here 3 Friday's in a row. There are no cars in the drive through and 6 or 7 people working in the bank. Just me and my wife in there standing in line and waiting to be waited on. 3 teller's walk away from their spot and just avoid us at all cost. They go down the hall and.lean up against the wall and chat while one gentleman waits on us one at a time. I would fire these lazy people. Unexcuseable!!!! This has been this way the last 3 Friday's. Will be calling corporate and expressing these concerns. Dont go to the N Canton Branch in the Mark's plaza for your own sake!!!!

I called in to see if my credit card was still active and Cindy at the north canton branch told me I had to call the number on the back of the card and that was the only way to find out. I called a different PNC and got my answer right away from a banker that actually took 30 whole seconds of his time to help. Cindy might need a little refresher in customer service.

Business customer. Had a name change. Even with my old drivers license and my new drivers license I could not cash a small company check for petty cash even though I was making a deposit as well and I sign on the accounts. Ok rules are rules. When I expressed my frustration the head teller(??I assume here) got all condescending and in a "mommy" voice said "Oh I'm sorry your having a bad day". This was the last thing I needed today. I will say I have a great relationship with the business banker at this branch, he's just not there very often. Well "Honey" all you had to say was "I'm sorry" that would have sufficed.

This is my Third PNC experience in Which it was absolutely unprofessional. They need to have a better training program. Seems they hire the nastiest people to work there. Like the other two branches the teller told me they couldn't help me without asking to see my I.D. or verify anything. I understand that I look Mexican, but I am not. I was trying to put into a savings account instead of the teller helping me she gave me a number to call. I called the number explained to him what I needed & he told me I was correct in going there because he can't help me over the phone...they were supposed to help me. He filed a complaint on my behalf & and suggested I go to the location on Salem Ave.I have made up my mind that the entire PNC corporation is just not for people of color to bank with. Funny thing is this time the person who discriminated against me was an older black lady. Last time (Dixie branch) it was a white woman saying I can't help you (without asking for my I.D or anything)Its not good place overall. Bank with someone else.

I had a weird situation in which my check that i deposited in the atm (a very large sum of money) became "unavailable" to me for a strange reason. I then found out PNC corporate was going to mail my check back to me and it would normally take 10 days for me to get it. Talk about a freak out! I needed that cash badly and Bethany on the business team went out of her way to see that the check was expressed mailed back to the branch in which she deposited it into our account like nothing happened. Yes I believe no bank or business is perfect and things happen but I'm happy that Bethany, Wendy, and the rest of the crew are there to right wrongs and steer the ship in the right direction in a timely fashion. They really do care about their customers and "local mom and pop" banking is all but lost.
