The facility is clean and well kept and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t give it 5-stars because the rent doubled after three months. We stuck it out a little over a year and finally had to move.

I called and spoke with a lady and she answered all my questions and provided me with all the details I needed. She was so helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the prices were not what I was expecting for a storage unit. I will be going else where, but her customer service was amazing! Thank you!!

My mother and I rented 2 units because the monthly rate was very reasonable however, they raised the monthly rate twice in one year. My mother’s unit was broken into and trashed along with 11 others. There was only one security camera on the entire property. The customer service representative gave me an incorrect final balance prior to moving out of the unit and then charged me a late fee! The entire experience was awful. I think they need to change the name SecurCare doesn’t exactly fit.

People broke into and trashed our unit and seven others. Company didn’t seem to care at all. Just said to contact insurance. Not secure at all.

Great space for all your needs when you have to move in a very shorts period of time! Also great price for monthly payments and great leasing once a month and can cancel at any time without paying for the lease! I'm very happy that I chose SecurCare Self Storage.

I had used this facility 20 years ago and my experience was very good, so I decided to go back to the facility and do it again. I was greeted by Tristan the manager and she was very nice and informative. I recommend this facility.

Tristan was amazing! She is so nice and the process was extremely smooth and easy. She explained literally everything which I appreciate because I'm an overthinker and question asker, but never once did she make me feel anything else but comfortable! Happy I chose this place!
