I was with my sister and cousin for Christmas. My cousin and I looked around at various products while my sister found what she needed. The workers who were mostly standing around on their phones (which didn't bother me too much) were apparently talking about us behind our backs according to my sister. Never fun to hear about things like this. I wish they could have just taken the day to spread a little bit of Christmas joy or something. Like sorry girl, Sephora isn't the first place I'd choose to be right now either...

Went there with my cousins for Christmas. I didn't buy anything but I looked around while my cousin shopped around the store. I found out later that the workers were talking bad about me behind my back because I didn't purchase anything. This made me a little bit sad. 😢 I didn't realize this was so much of an issue. If you have to make a purchase to look around, please post it on a sign ❤️

I love when I ask for something in a store and if the place doesn’t have it, the person helping me tells me to Google it or find it through Amazon… thanks, I never thought of that 🙄

Poor customer service at this Kohl's Sephora. Yesterday around 430-5:00pm I asked if everything was out that they had and one worker just stared at me while the other said yes and walked away. I looked around for like 20 minutes to try other varieties of foundation and not one worker came up and asked if I needed help. When I walked back to the counter, there were three staff members standing there just talking about people and on their phone.

Never mind the fact that nobody answers the phone at the Sephora section only to drive out there and the girl working the Sephora area didn’t even bother to help me. I asked one question does this store carry Topicals? Employee: no [didn’t stop stocking behind the counter] I looked around for another 10 mins to see if they carried any other black owned skin care brands in store but maybe it’s the way they have it set up which made me feel like forget it besides the employee clearly didn’t want to help or offer alternatives. So I drove across the street and ended up spending $82 at Sephora mall location and I decided that I just won’t venture back into Kohls because they clearly could care less

I didn’t even spend 5 minutes in here. I came because it doesn’t show what they do or don’t have in stock in the app and the other location was closed for the day.
The two women who were working didn’t even say hello how can I help you? One continued to stock items while sitting on the floor watched me walk in AND out and just looked at me! No have a nice day is there something specific I could help you find?
The other one is way better. Everyone was nice willing to help even when I thought I didn’t need assistance. Hire better people man!

I have been to the alliance kohls Sephora and north canton kohls Sephora. They suck. The one in alliance never has anyone working…….i stood at the counter for at least 15 mins and ended up putting my products down and walked out. The Sephora in north canton just has rude employees. I returned an item that I had purchased for my daughter for her birthday (got the wrong item) I felt like I was an inconvenience for them, rolling eyes……if you hate working with the public then find another job.

Not impressed. First time I’ve ever shopped at Sephora. No employee asked if I needed help. When I finally got up to the counter. Didn’t even say hello, just kept talking to the other girl up front with her and just handed me my stuff. Super unfriendly staff for sure. Please work on it.

I’ve been really disappointed with the employees at this location and especially recently (December 2023). When you go to a Sephora, anyone expects a staff member to be knowledgeable in the variety of makeup in addition for giving trusted advice. I have been there quite a number of times and recently, I have gone in asking for comparable foundation choices to a brand that was not in stock at this particular location and I was flat out told that both staff members had no idea and couldn’t provide me with any alternatives. Subsequently, I asked further questions to just find any popular foundation and was given no suggestions or help. I was left baffled that there was no attempt to help me find anything whatsoever as I was making clear I was in the mood to buy anything decent. Another time recently, I was checking out and a staff member told me not to trust what I thought about any of the testers because they are no good since they are sitting out. She said that instead I should buy it all, try it and then return it. It sounded so disingenuous and frankly, desperate for a sale. I don’t think that I could trust the employees at this location because they seem poorly trained and uninterested in actually helping customers :(.

Went to return an item around 9pm on Fri 12/08. Not sure if there was only one employee working but it was very dead and the lady was too busy standing on her phone to notice me standing at the register waiting for a while. When she finally noticed me and came up she said I couldn’t do a return here since i ordered it off of Sephora and not Kohl’s. I understand it’s a policy but it’s very inconvenient, I left but forgot to mention I just wanted store credit or to exchange for something else in store. I tried calling to ask if that maybe was possible instead of trying to get an original payment refund but was on the line for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer then finally gave up. Will have take my business to the actual Sephora 30 min away from me I guess which is a bummer. I get working retail during holidays can be rough and stupid policies being assigned by companies, but this customer service really sucks and I’ve read nothing but awful complaints for this location. Ulta is superior

Workers were so rude and not helpful at all. These managers need to get their workers, and train them how to speak to someone professionally, and politely because Sephora workers at north canton don’t know how too.

Rude. Not helpful at All. I asked if they were getting more One Size setting spray she said prob discontinued…..ummmm ma’am this is a brand new viral product. SMH she didn’t want to be bothered to check so she just said the first thing that popped in her mind
