Workers were so rude and not helpful at all. These managers need to get their workers, and train them how to speak to someone professionally, and politely because Sephora workers at north canton don’t know how too.

On my way out of town on a trip I realized I did not pick up a thickening agent for my hair. My husband and I stopped several places with no luck. We went to the Ulta at Belden Village and they could not have been less help or even acted like they cared if I was in the store. They suggested that I try the Sephora at the Kohl’s down the street. I was not happy to make the walk down, but what a pleasant surprise going in. My own daughter works at a Kohl’s and I realize the limited stock they are able to carry in a Sephora in a store. As I walked into the Sephora, a store representative, Cory, came to my assistance. I explained what I was looking for and to the brand. She indicated she didn’t really know the hair care brands but would show me what we had. She and I looked through the brands that Sephora carried and we found some thing that we both thought probably would work for what I was looking for in another brand. She took time to make sure I didn’t take the tester, and was really very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Kohl’s, Cory has what it takes to be one of your best!

I buy cosmetics all the time from many different places and spend hundreds of dollars regularly. I never leave bad reviews unless I feel they are needed. I went to this sephora since it is the closest one to me and the women working in there was beyond rude. She asked me if there was anything I needed help with. I told her no that I was just browsing around to see if anything caught my eye. I was using a tester and she was rude and gave me an attitude saying that I needed to use the disposables. Mind you it was not in a friendly way. I told her okay then proceeded to look around. This woman followed me around the store. I knew she was following me and watching me to make sure I didn't use anymore testers. It was like she was looking for another reason to say something rude to me. I looked directly at her since I knew she was waiting to say something else to me and she says, oh and do you have a sephora giftcard? I said yes, already knowing I couldn't use it in kohl's... she says, oh and btw we don't accept those in a very rude way, almost like I couldn't even afford to be in there. First off, it is none of her business if I do or do not have a giftcard or how I would pay unless I was at the register. I looked around a few more mins and decided to leave without purchasing anything due to feeling like I was unwelcome. I work in customer service and have for yrs and have even worked for a cosmetic company for over 11. I did not feel welcome in the store and will no longer go there unless I absolutely need to. I will just go to Ulta, Dillard's, Macy's or buy online.

I just went to this Sephora in Kohls, since it is so much closer than Fairlawn, because I needed some makeup. My husband got me a gift card for Christmas, Yeah - right? I picked up about five items, went to cash out, did the whole routine, pulled out my gift card and was told they don't accept Sephora gift cards here!! WHAT?? I was told it's a Kohls rule, they can accept a Kohls gift card but not Sephora. What?? And as I was standing there, they are selling Sephora gift cards!! Umm, no!
