An email I sent to target with no response.Hello,I hope this email reaches the highest person in Target. My family and I have noticed that target store employees are no longer focused on customer satisfaction or kindness. Before Covid once in a while we would see an employee not having a great day. But since Covid and the creative idea of target drive up your employees have lost patience, kindness, and the ability to show politeness. I can't tell you how many times an employee pushing the curbside carts in the store to collect the items that the person waiting in their cars have either almost ran into us or cut us off with no regard. It's almost as if Target has become the new Walmart. I know nothing will change over night, but I do think some training should either be developed or retrained. The lack of situational awareness and lack of respect to the customers in the aisles is frustrating. The customers that these employees are rude to and huff and puff about don't understand that we are equally as important as the customers sitting in their cars outside who no longer come in. This is a disturbing trend that will eventually cause my business and many others to go elsewhere. I have been a faithful Target customer for decades. I am sad that I feel this way when I walk through the doors that have made me so happy in years past. Please help fix this and give some hope to this shopper and many others. Should you actually want to hear more please feel free to reach out.

my target is always incredibly messy everywhere and this is my final straw. i bought this pillow and it's covered in brown stains and has multiple snags, in the photos i had just taken in out of the package. why is this being sold on the floor? this is disgusting.

Came here to buy summer clothes with my two grandkids and they closed down the dressing rooms. It's 8:00 and you can't buy any clothes. I am so angry wasting time picking out clothes and having to put it all back. Update. Went to kohls next door and was able to try everything on. Guess who got my money! NOT TARGET.

I didn't think that by going to Target I would be exposed to a large group of people not wearing masks today. I would estimate the group size to have been 10-12 women who didn't observe distancing and not one wore a mask today. I said something to an employee and they told me they can't enforce people to wear masks. I put all of my items down and left. I won't be going to Target or any place that can't enforce people to wear masks for everyone's safety.

This store is the worst! It has everything walmart has but more expensive. The clothes I have bought there all fall apart. They can't keep the floor stocked with items. I will not shop there. If I do have to go to Target I go to Massilion!

Those of you who have been following me on yelp for awhile know that it pains me to give a one or two star review, but I can't in good faith do better than that for the Canton Target. Last night I placed an online order for a handful of grocery items and a fairly pricey kitchen appliance. They didn't have one of my items in stock, which really isn't a problem, but I haven't seen the credit for it after I cancelled it (there really hadn't been a copacetic replacement, but I at least expect to be credited the 8 bucks it cost.) But that really wasn't the biggest issue; I'm sure it will be sorted out. The BIG problem was with the people who work there, and the poor pick-up experience. When you order online, you get a confirmation when your order is ready for you. Great! Sounds easy enough, right? Not many additional instructions were given, so I pulled into one of the designated pick up spots, and rolled down the window, and lucky for me, there was a lady outside to greet me. As it turns out, said lady was very angry that I did not qualify for an outdoor pick up because I did not have the app. Nowhere in my confirmation did it give me any instructions or tell me I would have to go inside to get the order. There is no phone number to call. Pick-up n*** scowled, growled, and told me that I would have to go inside and made me feel like I was part of the flat-earth society to believe that there might be a number to call to retrieve my order. The Target website should be more clear to let you know that ONLY if you download the app can you get your order outside. There is no easy procedure with a phone number to call when you are outside, like every single other shopping experience at every single other store. There absolutely was nothing that explained this. So then when I did park and proceed inside (in the pouring rain, I might add), they were also very short with me. The customer service guy inside seemed bothered. He brought me one piece of my order at a time, with large gaps of time in between. When I approached another staff member to inquire, she walked away from me. Also, one of my items was heavy, but the customer service staff didn't offer me a cart, so I had to go get it myself. I just had a baby, so it is difficult for me to lift things, which made this experience even more disappointing. I thought maybe I was just extra sensitive because of post-baby hormones, but as it turns out, it isn't just me that Target treats this way. My sister in law had a similar experience with angry pick up n*** lady, and rude customer service staff that moves at a snail's pace too! We can't be the only ones who misunderstand the pick up process. Also, I might add, they must have picked the absolute WORST produce to give me in my order. Bruised grapefruit and oranges that looked like the worst ones that they could possibly offer were the ones they selected for me. I guess they wanted to get rid of their shitty inventory, because no shopper who comes into the store would ever choose those items. I doubt I will ever go back here again, which is disappointing, because I like the merchandise Target has to offer.

Tagret is always a five score, right? I mean I was able to pick up a couple of bikini tops, nail polish, outdoor decor, indoor decor and some snacks for movie night so I mean it's like a one stop shop!! I was happy with our experience as I always am at the canton Ohio target. The only thing was we checked out at the self check out and it asked if we wanted money back and we said no and then it took us to a screen to dispense our money. I don't know if we were happy to see how much cash we were getting back lol or how much we didn't want to take out lol. So it ended up giving us $40 back. So I guess target thought we needed to have so cash in our pocket and we couldn't agree any more! We needed it and we were happy with it hahaha!!! We love you target and we will be back her soon!!

I would say that this Target location is below average. I am writing a review today because I am appalled at how the location has gone down the drain. Whenever I was in the North Canton, this Target used to be my go-to place for all my basic necessities. This has changed since the last few times I have been here. I am appalled with the service all around. I'm not sure if there has been a change with how the store is ran however, the process is extremely inefficient. I have stood in line and seen many registers backed up although, there are what seems to be managers standing not ringing out or helping their employees. They were just watching over them like hawks to make sure they were doing their jobs right. It made me uncomfortable how much micro managing there was. This caused massive lines behind each register. Beware if you need to return something!!- Expect to wait at least 20 minutes. It is a nightmare shopping here in the morning. I have seen trash piles and pallets full of unstocked goods covering the floors. I was unable to navigate the aisles. It was a headache navigating the store aisles. What an unpleasant experience! I feel like I was at a Walmart on Black Friday. When I go to Target, I expect an elevated shopping experience not a headache. I certainly will not be returning to this Target. Note to the people running this store, please think about your customers experience. I have seen much frustration from fellow shoppers and I.

This review is specifically for the customer service department, because I've been nothing but impressed so far! Since Target rolled out the Drive Up service, I've used it probably at least 15 times. Every time, I have been greeted with a smile and quick service. They are always ready to go when I pull in and just all around very kind. I can't express enough how thankful I am for this service, which has saved me from quite a few hard runs through the store with my grumpy kids. But especially that each time, the team member that comes out to the car is smiling and sweet. Even when I've done Order Pickup and gone inside to grab my items, they are always ready to go and just as kind. Also, though the app says the order will be ready within 2 hours, these guys almost always have it ready minutes after it is placed. They're really on top of it! Way to go!
