I visited the store yesterday. I had big problem and needed a solution quick. The young guy working and the register operator were so nice and helpful. Actually they were such great help and thanks to his advice i was able solve my problem in less than two minutes!! Great place and very kind helpful employees..A+ service.

Went here for the first time to get a smoke detector that I saw online, that they have in store.
Couldn’t find it on the floor, asked the three employees standing at the register talking to each other where it is.
They said it’s in the back for a sale in July. Didn’t offer to get it.
When I told them I could order online and pick it up- the employees said they could probably get it but may take time. Zero rush to help even though I was the only person in the store.
Clearly did not want a sale or to help me.
