Very busy, but with an attitude told me my Amazon return should’ve been in a box. I said I didn’t know. She said yup and tossed it onto the floor. Whatever happened to customer service?~~Sandy Sabaka

You know it really sucks being judged as you walk in and treated differently than everyone else there. The thin older lady with long brown curly hair at the counter was nice and polite to the person in front of me. She Said hi to the lady with a smile, was nice and told her to have a good day after. She sees me and the look on her face changes to one with an attitude. I walk up to the counter and tell her i have a package with a prepaid label and she says put it on the scale. I do this and she prints out the receipt and says here you go. No smile, no have a good day, nothing. She wouldn’t t even look at me. She looked annoyed the whole time. I had a big box because i was shipping work equipment back. Not sure if she was annoyed because i had a big box or what but the way she treated me was uncalled for. If she doesn't know how to treat everyone the same maybe she shouldn't be working up front with people. This was my first time here and i will NOT be back to this store because of her.

This is the second time a large jade carving was destroyed by UPS. I am fearful of using them anymore. Looks like I will be going to FedEx.!

Went to return an Amazon package. Went to the little kiosk where you can scan to start the Amazon return and it told me to see associate. I wait in line and a thin lady with glasses and long grey curly hair gets an attitude and yells if I have an Amazon return use the kiosk. She continues to stare at me while I’m in the line so when it was my turn I apologized to her and told her the kiosk told me to come see associate. She doesn’t say a word,pulls out her scanner so I figured that was her saying to bring up the code for the return again. She scanned it again doesn’t say a word,rudely gives me the receipt all in silence. All I wanted to do was make a return but left pretty bummed about how crappy I was treated for no reason. It’s not my fault I was told to see associate.

Patti and Bryson are extremely efficient at there jobs both took care of my many Amazon packages I mean a lot of them computer compromised👍👍👍👏👏👏👏😄😄😄
