This was what I was told by the Best Buy staff where I purchased the hot spot NOT by Verizon. I was told the monthly service charge for my hotspot will be $85 a month for the data plan not including taxes and fees actual price was $110 a month and when I went into talk to the management about it they couldn't have cared less that I had been lied to or misled or just given wrong information whatever the excuse was.

Had a great experience this evening buying appliances. Price matched without a question and the sales associate wasn't at all pushy, looked up information we asked for, and took his time with us. The manager was also very helpful. This experience means we will be back to buy the additional appliances that we still need! Thank you!!

Other than the over pushy, annoying employee it wasn't anything special. Best buy lacks GOOD customer service...and if I ever had to deal with that sales rep again I'd walk out.
