Went to Walmart this morning did not have one register open only self checkout. Asked the cashier to check me out as I do not believe in self check out only in the store. Walmart please step up your game for people who do not choose to check their self out. I know it was six something in the morning but still at least one register open come on.

I placed an order for eyeglasses. When I went to pick them up the order was all wrong. I made it clear what I wanted. The wrong lens was made. not put into the right frames now I have to wait for yet another seven days to get my glasses. I paid over $400.00 dollars and can't get an order right? This will be my last stop at Walmart Vision Center.

Would give them one star if possible. I would never have purchased anything there if I knew that defective merchandise would not be eligible for a refund. I was told by the cashier it could be returned, but the service desk refused to do a refund and the online "help" desk said they couldn't access the order before promptly quoting the exact amount of the order, proving they weren't being truthful. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Very rude cash register lady. And very impatient Her name tag said Wanda she was rude to me today while I was in line. I like shopping at Walmart s but your employee s need to have a better Attitude. With costumers. After all ,if it wasn't for Us Customers Your store would be out of Business . .

You should check your employee working the photo kiosk at 12:30 on 12 /13/2020. No need to be completely rude when answering a simple question about the photo machine. And definitely no need to complain loudly to another coworker right next to me about how these questions can be handled online. might want to move that one to the back stock. or somewhere customers can no longer hear her being a bitch

Decent Walmart we stopped in to look for Brown's gear for the game we're going to on Sunday my buddy bought a few items we looked around the store it's pretty crowded most people are wearing a mask everything seem to be just fine it's on par for a Walmart they got what you need

Here for early Black Friday. Great Christmas deals! There were plenty of household gods on sale such as sheet sets, blankets, pillows and much more. I found some Beats on sale for 129. This is a Walmart I've gone to frequently. It iwell organized with easy to find items. The fruit and vegetable isle is usually full of fresh produce. For extra food fun, there are s a Subway inside of this Walmart. So, after shopping, you can engorge on a fresh sandwich.

I really really really wish this location would rearrange and expand into a layout similar to the one on Tusc. The store has never once been tidy when we've come, and is really hit or miss whether you'll find what you need. Shopping here has become more frustrating than what's necessary, so we just visit other stores in Belden and get just as good of pricing and usually a better selection.

This store is smaller than all others in the area. All aisles are very narrow and it's hard to get two carts down a row. They have tons of stuff for all your needs, if you can find them. I was able to secure what I needed, and checkout fairly quickly.

The Walmart stories vary somewhat from each other! If you shop at two like we do you will find variations between them! Some variation maybe different stocked herbs and vitamins to different products or brand names! super-centers for example may carry far more herbs and groceries than a standard Walmart store! Parking is usually plentiful and ever flexible to how close to the store you can park! Handicap parking is generally available but you may have along the front to hopefully find a spot! They could increase the number and include a section for expecting mothers Like I have seen in the south! Of Course more Handicap parking is needed too! Walmart prices and variety make it more special to most buyers! Their online buying usually offers lower prices and you can have it deliver to you home or to a Walmart store of your choice for you to pickup at your convenience! They are also good on returned items to for either money back or another item! Walmart stores often have a fast food restaurant for ordering take home or eating there! We have on occasion had to return an item and they have been friendly and helpful in customer service! We recommend shopping at one or two of your close Walmart such as this one!

What a joke. I don't often visit Wal-Mart but today I needed a flat fixed. Pulled but to the tire center to have 2 employees look and me and walk away. Yes I have a 2017 car which probably said I don't need a oil change but nothing outside said the lane I pulled up in said oil change only. After no one helping I got my 4 year old out of the car and we went inside. The first older woman helped us and told me i parked in the oil change lane. We went to move the car but she decided to help us. I told her I just had a flat and at my work they helped plug the tire so I did not have to change it to a spare. Then another younger lady came over and kept telling me they won't plug and plug. I tried to explain the plug was to get me to the store so I could have it plugged corrently. I was NOT trying to to replug and a tire but she would not stop so we left. What a joke. No one should ever trust this place! I wanted to go to her manager but my son was ready to leave and so was I. Never will I trust there auto department with my car and you should never trust them either

More than one employee has been really rude for no reason. Thats what you get at walmart. Cheap prices so I will continue to go but I never ask anyone for help, no need to get treated rude

Very mean employees. Went to customer service to send money, she was bitching at me that I didn't have to fill out a paper. So while I was giving her information, she said my address didn't match my Driver license. I didn't have this problem before. I didn't know the address is a big deal. I mean I'm jus sending money, Walmart to Walmart. I've send money before so their computer should already have my information. My driver license address don't match my current address because I moved out . Yes it's my fault I should get that change but I already told them to use my new address before and they got that fixed. Anyways Got everything fix out looked at my receipt paper, the address is there that I have before. she simply told me that she can't use it because it didn't match my driver license. Okay thanks .. went to shop some things and went check out myself. Cash out person was mean too. Didn't say hello, didn't smile, didn't care to help put my stuff in the bag. Next time I will take pictures to show you guys proof. I'm not making a complain because that's not how I am. I'm making a complaint to tell you guys to train your staff to be nicer, talk nicer or a little more professional, and tell your staff to welcome people in, I walked in and this women was on her phone!!!!!!! Yes !!! That's why next time I will take pictures. I never had this problem before and I always come to this Walmart. Fix your staff!!! They are making your Walmart look bad.
