“I came after stopping at a more modernly equipped facility down the road. I must agree with another post that I like this one better. The prices are very reasonable and washers and dryers work well. The owner came in and gave multifunctional ink pens to everyone. The facility was clean and organized. Great 80s/90's music playing on the radio (my era). I would suggest that the ownership do a little updating, such as adding some electrical outlets that the customers can use. In today's age, people use laptops, cellphones, ect, and it would be a convenience for them while waiting on their laundry. And possibly add a television. Overall a good experience”
“This place is always neat, clean and quiet. The staff there really set the standard of kindness. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful and kind to me. Doing laundry with a newborn is so tough. She aided me in making sure the machines were working fast and ensured that I didn’t miss or leave anything. I always come this laundry mat because of the service. Ms. Rebecca as well as all the other staff employees I’ve met provide kind excellent service. Thanks!”

“I brought in my 'old' first communion dress that was in my house in Tennessee, in a fire. It was smoke-damaged. It was also hand knitted. My mother had just given it to me. Springdale said they would do their best . . . AND, they did! They smoke (soot) is gone and it smells good! I'm so glad they were able to get it almost spanking new (some aged spots just happen). I think I'm gonna have it put in a shadow box frame. Thanks Springdale you are still the best cleaner in Cincinnati :-)”

“I live downtown and I personally come here instead of my building to wash clothes. It's always clean, local shops everywhere. The only downside is parking can be challenging depending on when you go. Outside of that it's an excellent spot!”
“Always nice and clean. But you guys started closing one side at night. I don't like that. Often time people leave there laundry in the dryer, like they live there. Then I have to be really close to everyone else. But I still give you 5 stars cause you guys are the best.”
“Nice clean laundromat. If you wash clothes there, dryers are free. If you wash at home, you can dry for $1.25.I only saw one worker there, who was constantly cleaning. He is nice enough but his English is difficult to understand due to a very strong southeast asian accent. Not sure where he is from but a good guy.”

“My first time going there, the lady working there was very helpful in getting me setup to use the machines, I don't suggest using the ATM inside unless you don't mind paying a fee to access your own money, I went to my own bank to get change for the machines, don't have any bills larger than a 20 spot, they can't provide change, the machines are great for all of your wash needs, a little pricey but nowadays what isn't, they got the clothes done the way I wanted. The money cards are reloadable that the machines require, so if you have a balance left on it, don't lose it. You can reload it on your next trip. Nice place, very clean & quiet, no nonsense going on in there, I'll go again if need be. ?”
“The Wash Haus is located conveniently for me in Mainstrasse. The place was clean and the machines were affordably priced. The washers and dryers appear to be new. I was pleasantly surprised to find a triple-load washer which worked well for the comforter I brought in. It suited my needs and allowed me to get my laundry done quickly. All in all my experience was a good one.”
“Some of the triple loaders didn't work n some of the dryers didn't work. Really needs a deep cleaning especially the floors or it would be a great place to do your laundry”
“Making improvements and upgrading the equipment is ALWAYS good for the clientele. As well as Plenty of space and carts make sure you aren't in there long. Efficiency and quality are my main takeaways from my experience.”
“i'm a big review reader. this place had terrible reviews but i came here anyway bc it's close and takes quarters which i had already gotten out. i'm so glad i came! the receptionist was so helpful. the machines are not gross as others have said. there is a snack machine and free wi-fi. i'm very happy - will return.”
“Subtracting a star due to prices to wash. Came here bc it's open 24 hr but it was $9.25 just to WASH my comforter. As for drying, had to come back in every 30-40 mins to flip cover & add quarters. My dryer would only take 6-8 coins at a time & kept remaining coins. Surfaces were clean (odd smell inside is a given @ any laundromat). That being said, it did a good job cleaning”

I leave my clothes washing or drying and I go to store and my clothes are always fine when I get back no stealing ur clothes. And the lady that takes care of the place is so sweet and happy a friendly lady, u can tell she really takes pride in making this a great laundry mat!!!!”

“Some folks don't like putting money on a card, I don't mind. I can go in and get my laundry taken care of without bothering anyone, plus I don't have to worry about quarters or jamming. The attendants have ALWAYS been helpful and nice. The place is clean and well taken care of. They have a variety of sizes of machines and they will help you decide what size you may want to use. Yes, the prices went up a bit, but so has everything else. My only drawback for others, make sure you bring your own detergent. They don't have vending machines for this.EDIT: they do have a vending machine now and it is regularly stocked.”
