The driver you have running around the Hadley PA area is flat out lazy. A couple years ago I ordered a new memory foam mattress and when it got delivered the driver just launched it out of the truck to the ground and barrel rolled it through the snow to the wet sidewalk.
Today I had a package delivered and it was left in my driveway right in front of the garage for everyone to see. I have a front porch that will hide it and keep it out of the weather.
Teach your drivers what a handcart is and how to use it.

Had a freight shipment that couldn't come to my house. So, I drove to North Jackson to pickup the 1K pound package! FedEx employees were great and had my pallet sitting beside my trailer when I got back from dispatch signing for my box!

As a 3rd party driver, we all know this could go horribly bad or great lol... been here a few times now to pickup a preloaded trailer and I must say everything went smooth, easy yard to maneuver in and the office personnel are always nice and helpful!

Absolutely terrible location. Driver never even pulled in driveway and marked that we were not home. Was on camera! Lazy!!!! I signed slip and had it hanging on door! First delivery attempt was to sit in the truck and beep, and then leave! What a joke. But I guess just hire the laziest people you can. Driver was for zip 16102. Thanks for ruining my 4th of July weekend with something thst was supposed to be here june 22nd!
