It had to go somewhere while I worked to find it a new permanent home. Ms. Kim made it all okay. She was delightful to work with!! “Convenient U-Haul site. Unfortunately, the truck we chose on line did not have a ramp! On line gave no indication of that or a choice, the bed was at least 3 feet above the ground. We didn't discover that until we arrived to our pickup point for a refrigerator! It was very difficult and luckily we had assistance to lift it into the truck. We had to improvise greatly at home to get it off the truck!”

Otherwise was great size and very easy to get one and set up, the online payments were very easy to do and use!! Had my stuff there for almost 2 years.
