I just purchased a truck here on Thursday. I’m very happy with my new ride but I cannot say enough great things about our salesman Andy!! Andy was not only the best salesmen ever but he was truly a great person overall, I wouldn’t go anywhere else or to anyone else for my next purchase. Also rich was awesome and very personable as well, he really went into detail with everything and made it very easy to understand. Thank you guys for everything!!! P.s I think I’ll be going back just to grab a beer with my main man Andy!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience buying a new car from this dealership. Rob Berben was very patient with me and tried to assist me to the best of his ability; thank you Rob! So far I am happy with my purchase (new Chevy Bolt EV 2023) so I would definitely recommend them!

I would like to thank Rick K. And Carol Ferry for going out of their way to help me get a vehicle after my Camaro was totaled. Especially Rick because I had a vehicle picked out and paid for and then something went away with the car I had my heart set on. I was so upset. I was already going through a lot with the accident and was in the middle of a relocation and everything was just a mess. He went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. I didn't trust car dealerships to begin with due to past experiences or salesman. Rick really looked out for my best interests and what I needed in a vehicle due to my job and my situation. Between Rick, Carol, and the manager that did my final paperwork (I do not recall his name but he has an awesome story about how he ended up working for Spitzer) these three gave me hope that there are honest dealerships still around that care about their customers. I would definitely go back. I would go out of my way just to buy a vehicle from them now that I know that they are legit. I am seriously so thankful and blessed. God will bless them for helping me.

I came because another chain dealership treated me poorly and decided to choose a more local option on my way to/from work. The folks there are very nice and did a great job in servicing my vehicle for a good price.

We arrived to Spitzer and quickly greeted with kindness. Our Salesman Joseph Koewacich took us to the Tahoe we were inquiring about. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Joseph helped us finalize our deal and took care of us throughout the whole transaction. Very satisfied with the over all experience and will definitely be a returning customer.

I visited this dealership earlier this last week and was not looking forward to the experience because I already figured this would happen.I met with a salesman who I won't name, not worth the airtime, who I told right off the bat as SOON as I stepped foot in the door, what I could afford and what I could NOT afford. I also was very clear with the expectation that there would be no money put down. The goal was to come out of the upper $300s. It's become unaffordable at this point. This salesman showed me a vehicle knowing I couldn't afford it so I was confused why that car was even being offered. Then I was showed vehicles that I could afford. They would pull the car and bring it to the lot so I could see it. I was told my payments would be somewhere between $260-$285 a month and they could work with $0 down considering I had a cosigner. So, I never actually got to the car I was initially told about and instead they came up with a $17k Nissan Pathfinder which wasn't in my scope nor did I ask for that. So right off the bat, we're off on the wrong foot.So I get called, told to come in to see the car and possibly do paperwork. Long story short, the payments were going to JUMP over $50 a month for this almost 10 year old vehicle with almost 80k miles and they expected me to put $3800 down to bring my payments just under $300 a month. I feel like this sales person did not listen to me and tried to take advantage of me. Y'all are out of your minds if you think you're gonna get $3800 on a 10 year old vehicle with almost 80k miles. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for a vehicle because these people are not honest and will rip you off.This sales person was also conveniently unavailable the day I was to come see the car and tried to pawn that off on his coworker which I didn't appreciate. Why were you conveniently unavailable the day I was coming to see this vehicle? Then had the audacity to text me the next day asking if there was anything else to be done on their end. Absolutely not. I'm not in the market to be lied too and I highly doubt if there was a vehicle Spitzer came across that would work for me, that they would be honest with me at that time, so HARD PASS. I won't do business with people who lie. They don't need to worry about me ever buying a vehicle from them ever.

Spitzer offered me an amount for my car. I told them as soon as I got my clear title, I would sell to them. We called them (salesman Rick) the day of the sale. He said all is ready. When I got there, the manager came out and said he couldn't do what he offered. Then he offered $2000 less. Lying, shifty business. Never again dealing with them.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! We were 300 miles from home when the transmission on our Suburban decided to quit. The folks at Spitzer took tremendous care of us. They even brought out bowls and water for our dogs while we waited. When it became clear that the problem required major repair, they arranged a loaner car for us to get home. They completed the repair quickly, and when we went back to pick up our Suburban, Josh, the Service Advisor came in on a Saturday (when the service department was closed) to discuss the repair with us and maintenance required to prevent issues from happening in the future. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle or in need of service. After many years of being disappointed by rude, expensive, and unhelpful dealerships, Spitzer Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for taking care of us!

I had no intention of actually sitting down to start the purchase process on the day I went into Spitzer Chevrolet. While I was in need of a car, I wasn't necessarily sure what I wanted. Rick made the entire process smooth! I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the style of the new 2024 Trax. Rick and Rich made me feel comfortable the entire process. They weren't pushy or relentless like a lot of car salesman tend to be. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about my needs and wants. I will definitely return to Spitzer for all of my car needs as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I found a car online I wanted to purchase... after being pre approved for it I drove an hour after work to pick it up. While signing the documents I was told how they were able to get it certified used. I was happy and continued to sign papers. When final loan document was put in front of me I noticed that my $13,459 dollar emergency car was now a $19,000 emergency car... I asked how that happened and was told that was price of certification and gap insurance. I didn't want or need either but was told I saved $50 a month on loan by having it. Being dead tired and NOT thinking straight I just accepted it and went about my day... not also realizing that they had ran the loan out to a unreasonable term and THAT is how they got the payment so low that I didn't realize the costs.... RUN far away from this dishonest dealer. I guess in the end it's my fault for not paying attention and actually trusting a supposedly honest person
