Spitzer offered me an amount for my car. I told them as soon as I got my clear title, I would sell to them. We called them (salesman Rick) the day of the sale. He said all is ready. When I got there, the manager came out and said he couldn't do what he offered. Then he offered $2000 less. Lying, shifty business. Never again dealing with them.

I found a car online I wanted to purchase... after being pre approved for it I drove an hour after work to pick it up. While signing the documents I was told how they were able to get it certified used. I was happy and continued to sign papers. When final loan document was put in front of me I noticed that my $13,459 dollar emergency car was now a $19,000 emergency car... I asked how that happened and was told that was price of certification and gap insurance. I didn't want or need either but was told I saved $50 a month on loan by having it. Being dead tired and NOT thinking straight I just accepted it and went about my day... not also realizing that they had ran the loan out to a unreasonable term and THAT is how they got the payment so low that I didn't realize the costs.... RUN far away from this dishonest dealer. I guess in the end it's my fault for not paying attention and actually trusting a supposedly honest person

I was told online I would qualify for the GM discount. I was told emphatically YES. I went to buy a new car and the man at the desk (David) who told me I would get the discount denied it and said he never said that. I showed him the text messages he sent me and he began screaming at me and telling me to go somewhere else. I've never been treated so poorly. Luckily greenwood took care of me. They also valued my car way under what greenwood gave me by $1300. Best to steer clear from these cons.

My sales rep, Andy Hospodor, was very attentive to my wants and needs while selecting a vehicle. I was able to get an Equinox that suits us perfect! Everyone on staff was helpful and pleasant.

I recently had to go to Spitzer in Lordstown Ohio due to a curb rash I had :( I cannot express to you how awesome Ed was! His kindness, urgency and respect did not go unnoticed. You can tell he cares about his customers. Thank you sooo much! And now my tires are perfect!

This was my first time at this dealership. I was greeted with friendly faces who explained everything to me and showed me where to wait for my vehicle. After it was finished, which was rather quick, Michael Fries explained everything they did. It’s nice to go into a business, especially one you haven’t been before, and be be greeted with smiles and friendly faces.
