“I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru WRX at Lexus of Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantastic sales associate. I asked Yoko if they could get the cat inside and dry it for me to inspect as I am a stickler for paint condition. Yoko agreed and when I arrived she was personally drying it in a service bay. The manager and finance lady gave me similar great experiences. No one was pushy, they wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me. “These are really great people at Stancoto's!! They got my car in very quickly after I called them, the next day I think. They did a fantastic job on replacing my carpeting after a milk spill/smell incident. I couldn't get rid of that odor. They also washed down & sanitized the whole floor, doors, (after they removed carpets, all seats & concole), well basically the whole interior was sanitized. They did a scan after finishing up the job to be sure there was no bacteria anywhere in the vehicle, put new carpet in & put it all back together. They even washed the exterior of my car.... I will definitely call Stancoto's again if the need arises.”

“Wow what a day I had that needs to be noted as it ended on such a high note! I was driving home after work and I heard some strange sounds coming from the side of my car and low and behold the car started to alert me that the tire pressure was low and dropping! I pulled over and saw that the tire was almost flat! I saw a bolt or screw or something in it! I called around and didn’t want to wait for AAA on the side of the road!! I called a close by Auto Zone and they said if you can make it, we will help you out on the spare!!!! I slowly drove and got there and I met Bryan (manager) and Adam and they were so kind and patient and helped me out! They didn’t ask me for anything or grumble for one minute! They saved me so much time! They quickly replaced it and set the car up to go! Thank you so much for your help!
