“The storage unit representative, Jen, was very professional. She went over all their storage unit options and helped me choose a unit that would fit all my things. It was an easy process and a convenient location in Boardman.”

“I have never used a storage place , so everything was new to me.. I inquired online and Kelly followed up today with me. I went into the building because I wanted to see what it looked like. There I met Jean and Kelly, the most friendliest ladies! Jean walked me around and explained everything to me, which helped so much! My interactions with both the ladies has made me so comfortable during this process of my life.. ??”

“Tina from the Warren location was super helpful and very prompt in reaching out to me to secure my unit the next morning after the holiday. She made sure my lock was delivered to me as I couldn't get to the main office to pick up my lock. I feel I received more personalized attention here vs a competitor storage I just moved out of. My unit was clean and as expected. So far so good. Thanks Tina!”
