“My car was involved in a very bad accident where I was not at fault, they were the ones who towed it to their yard. And by policy you can’t have people go get stuff out of your car , I’m assuming it’s a liability / theft risk, so they let my friend and I pull back and view the car plus get my belongings back . Walking back wouldn’t have worked for me since I’m crippled now so this was a blessing to have this opportunity. I was told the facility was very cozy inside the office area, and as far as the yard goes, it’s very very very clean and well kept, especially with all that goes on back there. 5 star review is an understatement. Thank you Gobels towing!”
