Called to sell (3) 12v battery cores. The Idiot I talked to says they will buy them back for $10 each. Get there, unload all three of them only to have them tell me that they will only give me a gift card. It would have been nice to be told when I called. Will not shop there again.

I’ve been here twice in the last few months and both times the staff were very helpful. The first time was because I needed coolant for my car. The employee was nice enough to put some in my car for me before I left. Went again today (5/24/23) because I thought I needed a new battery. The employee was super nice and offered to come out and test the battery just to make sure. Thankfully, the battery reader he used said my battery was great. Will come back in the future for my car needs.

Terrible customer service, for one there was an employee standing in front of the store with the door open just smoking a cigarette, second I went to go pick up a part I had ordered online and I tried to give the employee my order number and he wouldn't take it , told me it wasn't there, I again showed email saying it was here and ready for pickup and the employee eventually found it but did not have good people skills at all , pretty much presented himself as he hated the job. They need some proper guidance and training, especially in the customer service area.

Got my new battery, no problem. The customer service was awful though, definitely needs to be addressed, and the guy that helped me should be taught how to talk to people.

Good service for the most part other than when I ordered a part online that specifically said I can return or exchange in store if I need to. Unfortunately the system wouldn't allow me to return or replace the item. I don't blame the employees I blame the company for its out of date system. If it wasn't for this one experience, it would be 5 stars sorry.

My car went out of bower needs battery and me ready to purchase it , they told me they can't replace it because it takes 30 minutes be carful coming to them if their is a 0 star I'll be giving it to them %100

Didn't have my part in stk during on line order. When part came in next day they still honored 15% off at counter. Saved a bunch of money and their price was better then autozone.Very Happy Customer,Donald

I went in there needed a good battery! Bought a Die-hard brand since it had good reviews and it's been around for a while! The employee that took care of me installed the battery and I was ready to go in no time! They have the rewards program and it also saves you on gas! So yea! I'm with that! ? I will continue doing business with them! Thank you Advance Auto!

I went in because I have a flashlight that wouldn't work and the opening to the batteries was completely stuck and wouldn't open. I asked an associate named Jeremy if he had a tool that would open the flashlight. Jeremy not only was able to open the compartment to the batteries but also took his time to help me fix the flashlight. The 9 AA batteries it takes were all corroded so I bought some new ones there and Jeremy rang me out while continuing to have the patience to help me fix it. This was perhaps the best costumer service I have ever received from any store ever and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the associate for his patience, customer service skills, and for not giving up on helping me fix my flashlight. I've visited this store a handful of times and I highly recommend North Olmsted Advance Auto.
