I recently brought my Mercedes AMG in for a detail. When I picked it up, I thought there was some minor damage and was not happy, but I was wrong. Video camera’s showed the area in question was there when I dropped it off. I truly appreciate Andy carving out time to investigate! And, he went above and beyond by discounting the service. Thank you!

Was told it should take about 45 minutes. The bald guy said “we’re kind of slow today so it shouldn’t take long”. Instead, it took about 3.5 hours. I asked what was taking so long they said they forgot to wax the rooftop. So I checked what they were doing in the back windows in the kid was just starting to wax the car. When my car was returned to me with the dash still full of dust.. Originally heard good reviews about this place, but I will not be going back. Waste of money and time.

Hi just need to give a shout out to an employee by the name Jake, Jake gives 150% ! No matter how many times I come in, which is normally every other day since I have a monthly pass, he will always make sure my Telluride is detailed even the wheels so the armor all that is put on the tires to make it shiny doesn’t over spray on the side of my vehicle. Jake is the general manager and he leads by example, there are so many young employees that will just walk away when they see a client waiting , which is sad because I tip them when this is done because I know it is extra and Andy the owner has told me many of times I don’t have to tip them but he thanks me, in the world we live in today those individuals that go up and beyond need to be recognized so Jake hopefully you will see this or Andy, thank you for having a top tier manger!

I've come here for almost 20 years and today was the worst experience. The general manager was yelling and swearing at the general manager in the tunnel because the chain broke and the general manager who works outside, washing, vacuuming the cars was only trying to figure out how long it would be because there were people in line waiting and the general manager and his side kick fixing the chain just started to go off on him.
Very unprofessional! The service here has gone down and the prices of course have gone up..$20 more than it used to be.. That's so sad and utter ridiculous. The owner Andy started this from the ground up and used to be here, now he is not because he's to big to be here... But Andy you need to come back.

Andy’s Autowash & Detailing Center broke the antenna off my Toyota Tacoma and was confirmed by Manager, Pete, after reviewing video footage. The truck was put through the car wash by your own staff after they had completed interior cleaning. Pete directed me to return with the invoice for full reimbursement. I followed his instructions, dropped off the invoice for the antenna repair, and expected a call for check pickup/follow-up action.
One would expect a professional business to have a mechanism in place to send a check or call back for pickup. After multiple calls to chase my refund, the owner, Andy, and manager, Jake, informed me that they would reimburse only half the invoice. How does that make sense to the customer? I haven’t received a check in the mail nor any follow up calls to pick up my full reimbursement.
