Ken was great. I needed a new phone and he made a recommendation, helped me pick accessories, explained a promotion, started the transfer process, realized it hadn't completed properly and redid it, and gave me instructions for checking the transfer and turning in my old phone. It was the easiest phone purchase I've had.

This is the best att store in the northeast Ohio area. I broke my flip phone and took it 1 att store. They could not retrieve any info from my broken phone to put into the replacement phone. I took it a second time hoping they could retrieve my info because the top of the flip phone was not accessible but the bottom was. They still could not retrieve the info. I took it to the North Olmsted store and within 15 min. Josh was able to access the info and retrieve all the info from the old phone and transfer it to the new phone. Thank you Josh for saving my much cherished pictures and contacts. Can't thank you enough. They know what they are doing! Highly recommended.

My visit to the North Olmsted AT&T store was one I won't soon forget. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted by a cheery fella by the name of Antonio. I explained to him how I was looking to set up a new plan, separate from the shared plan me and my wife have so I could contact other men without the worry of her discovering my secret. He was very understanding of my plight and set me up with an iPhone SE at a great price. Thank you Antonio, and thank you AT&T North Olmsted!

Definitely the best AT&T store around. I recently went in to upgrade my phone and found out they can get me set up with Direct TV Stream. Whole process took about 15 minutes. Happy to report I’m finally done with Spectrum and their ridiculous prices.

I don't know how to pay Kadijan a compliment enough. She was just amazing and the best ever. I am an associate minister of one small church at middleburg Heights. So my comments for her would not be powerful enough. But I can't just forget what she did today for my church member who lost his vision. Kadijan made the member's Apple Watch work properly so that he may use it to communicate with his wife in emergency situation. Please do not say it was easy; she struggled with another staff at AT&T Service tech support at least more than an hour. It was not easy at all. She was patient, gentle, but friendly, and smart. I want the manager of AT&T store at North Olmsted remember her name. She is Kadijan. Even I want to explain everything in detail to CEO of AT&T so that he may remember her name. I believe she brought my church member's vision back. I will definitely recommand her to all those who need a service of AT&T. Thank you for reading.

iPhone 15 pro max power button got jammed after less than 4 days of purchasing it and this store refused to exchange it without a restocking fee. Apple Store was so confused as to why AT&T would do this, and the AT&T in Westlake even offered to do it for free. Terrible service. Avoid.Side note -- they also illegally opt you into phone insurance plans that you never consented to purchasing, as stated by other reviewers. When we called AT&T headquarters regarding this, they said that it "accidentally happens sometimes." Absolutely illegal.

If you have anyone in the North Olmsted area going door to door, don't let them in. They will oversell, underdeliver and lie.It has been over a year of me trying to get my billing straightened out to give me the credits I was promised. It has never happened and now I have 4 lines for over 260 monthly. I was quoted 180.Their internet service cuts in and out, the coverage in my house for Wi-Fi is terrible. If you call into customer service, they are all overseas and don't understand you. I've had service with all of the big 3 and by far and away ATT is the worse. I've been hung up on multiple times while they were "checking into the problem."Oh, and I don't get cell coverage IN North Olmsted. Dead zones everywhere. Worst decision I've ever made in selecting cell service. They have literally messed up every possible thing they could. They have it set up, so my 12-year-old son is the main account holder, so he gets any notifications that are important.I can't pay my bill through the MY ATT app because it is connected to an old DirectTV account.This company lies, lies and lies more.
