Great store with friendly employees. The owner has been in Great Northern mall for 19 years. The selection is great. Everything is fresh and always on sale. They give you the same sales as the book and on line. They are open every day and have the same hours as the entire mall.

I used to make occasional purchases at this Avon Kiosk, and was always happy with the quality and reasonable prices of the merchandise. The experience I had there today, however, made me never want to go back: I spent a little over $20 and paid by credit card. The sales lady was very friendly, asked if I wanted my receipt in the bag or not. I put the receipt in my wallet, took the bag and left. A few hours later, when I habitually checked my credit card activity for the day, I saw that the amount spent at the Avon Kiosk was charged TWICE. I called the number on the receipt to make sure there was no problem. I spoke with a different sales lady, who appeared to be the manager. She was not at all friendly, said I never signed a credit slip. I was never asked to sign a credit slip. How did it matter, since the amount was charged....twice! Then the sales person said: "Well you just stormed outa there without paying". WHAT? I did pay and have the receipt to prove it! The only problem was, the charge was put through TWICE. Then (and only then) the sales woman told me the initial charge didn't go through, and it would "fall off" in a day or two. Why was this not the first thing I was told? Instead I'm accused of "running off without paying"? I did nothing wrong, but was spoken to like I had caused the store trouble. The end of it was that the sales person I spoke with hung up while I was still speaking. Her tone, attitude and unprofessional behavior was something I had not experienced before. To make a mistake does not have to be a problem, but to find fault with someone who has an issue with a mistake made by a cashier, even calling the customer dishonest (running off without paying?) is extremely offensive. A simple apology and explanation was all the situation called for. The overall rudeness and insults were inexcusable. - I usually give glowing reviews, because most places of business are truly wonderful. In this rare case I am not only unable to recommend the establishment, but must actually warn people NOT to go there. My experience was profoundly negative.
