Sgt. Clean Car Wash is amazing! The employees are always kind and smiling, and they have gladly answered any questions I have had! I always feel welcome when I come for a car wash. I was very shocked when I came to them for the first time - I expected someone to be mindlessly directing me into the car wash, unsmiling, putting a hand up when it was time for me to stop, and pointing me to the posted directions. It's what I've gotten at most car washes. Instead, I was greeted with a smile. The employees greeted me like they enjoyed their jobs and was glad I was there. I believe Sgt. Clean Car Wash is the Chick-fil-A of car washes!

I stopped by Sgt clean car wash this afternoon and was really impressed. The vacuums were super convenient, so I got to clean out the inside of my car and run it thru the wash. Since I drive long distances, there was still a lot of bug guts stuck on front.
When I pulled back around to ask for advice on how to care for my car, Jen went above and beyond-she took me over to the big buckets gave the front a good scrub, and even let me go thru the wash again.
Thanks Jen, for taking the extra time and really caring. Great customer service!

My weekend trip resulted in my windshield being covered with bugs. Gabriel took extra care to pre-treat the entire front of the car. Bugs are gone and I'm very pleased.

Just paid for the Platinum exterior wash ($27) and left with a half dirty car. The brushes barely touched the passenger side. Looks like we just sprayed the car down with a hose. Very disappointed for the price.

Great car wash and the attendant Jen was so friendly came over and complimented my car and made sure I knew all the amenities that came with my membership. Very happy with my purchase of my membership the staff and facilities are just outstanding.

The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star rating is for a wonderful employee named Alexandra! (I have expressive aphasia, which is something I can’t help) Initially, I brought my car through the members side. However, my members sticker was being declined. I attempted to tell (as best I could) the man seated at the gate that I had paid my fee on August 22. He fed me some rubbish and turned me away. I proceeded home in tears. I check on my card and a verified my payment had gone through. I came back up to the car wash and went into the office. I was blessed to be greeted by Alexandria. She took the time to look into my account. She figured out what the issue was and why my membership was declined. She corrected the problem. Alexandria treated with respect throughout the time I was with her. I wish the first employee would have exercised the same respect to me. He really should have gotten off his buttocks and seen what the issue was at the computer. Alexandria has a very bubbly personality and easy to deal from a customer’s point of view. She possesses great work ethics. On all of my visits to the car wash, she is always moving and engaging with the customers. She truly deserves more that 5 stars!

When you call and they don’t answer, leave a voicemail they’ll call you back before the day is over or the next business day. The customer service is great very respectful. They usually take care of the problems super fast. Their car wash is amazing and even their mat cleaner and the vacuums are ideal.

I've been going there for a year. Subscription is the way to go. Only have to go 2-3 times a month to cover the cost and I've been going 2 times a week.
What a deal!!! The staff here has always been super polite and friendly. Gonna miss you after I move.
