Terrible service. I came to buy refrigerator in 5 minutes..They scheduled to deliver next day from 9.30 to 1.30pm. Next.day canceled my schedule no reason...what kind of bestbuy business?

Extremely helpful. A representative approached us before we began our search and explained everything we needed to know about our desired product. The facility is probably a "Toyland" for Geeks :)

Well let me tell u we went looking 4 a new washer went to one (bb )they were so bad we walked out! Next day went to a best buy way out they were the best side note we paid cash

Just came from Best Buy North Olmsted. We were shopping for an upgrade to our existing modem and for a small smart tv for our kitchen. We were helped by two young men, both were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They even saved us some money by signing us up for My Best Buy Plus. These days customer service is lacking in many places but not here! We appreciate the time they took to make sure we were buying what we wanted and needed. Thank you Best Buy for hiring qualified, friendly and helpful people!

Not to pleased with the lack of staff. I had cash on hand to buy an unlocked phone was told it would be about 15 minutes and was left waiting for 30 while there was only one guy working with 3 different people at the same time. I just walked out. I feel bad for that employee working in phones. Either way I'll take my 900 dollars elsewhere.
