I went to another dentist for my work and the X-rays showed that the fillings that Bright Now Dental put on my teeth were half done. ALSO Some of the fillings they did should not have been fillings they should have been crowns and didn't even mention anything about it to me. So I have to have a ton of work redone. I do not recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at Bright Now Dental. If I could give zero stars .. My wife booked an appointment for us, and despite arriving promptly, we waited for an hour before anyone attended to us. Frustrated, I rescheduled for the earliest slot the next day, hoping to avoid another long wait. However, upon arrival at 8 am, the receptionist wasn't present, leaving me waiting in the chair for another hour before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The lack of communication and organization was evident throughout. Finally, when the dentist did arrive, I was informed that I would need to come back for the cleaning service, adding further inconvenience to an already frustrating visit. Overall, the customer service was subpar, and the lack of coordination and communication was truly unacceptable.

We had been coming to this location for years but after my last visit, we are done. I took my 8 year old daughter in for her regular cleaning and check up. Waited almost an hour past our appointment time with no acknowledgment from staff, the hygienist spent less than 2 minutes cleaning my daughters teeth and she splattered the toothpaste all over her face, the dentist spent less than a minute looking at her teeth and told me she had 2 cavities before trying to walk away. Didn't tell me which teeth, top or bottom, left or right, and was visibly annoyed when I stopped her to ask questions. Was then told I had to schedule with the pediatric dentist to get the cavities taken care of and he wouldn't be in the office till March. The waiting room was filthy and covered in a visible layer of dust and still had ornament hooks and tree needles on the floor. The exam room was filthy as well, the char was dirty and covered in dust, the counters had tools laying on them and dried paste like substance stuck to it. We should have just walked out.

Just had a wonderful experience. Office staff was courteous and quick. My appointment was right on time. Procedure was painless and Dr. Nouneh was very through and professional. Very happy with this group.

I had the worst dental experience at bright now north olmstead. The orthodontist recommended I get my permeant retainers removed and get a removable retainer. I took their advice and they overfiled my teeth down taking them off. My bottom teeth are so thin and sensitive now since they overfiled them. It took months for the retainers to finally come in after appointment after appointment of them not fitting properly. They offered me a metal retainer finally after months of them ordering bad fitting clear aligners. I was left with a $900 bill and was given the bad fitting retainers to take home with one metal pair. They overcharged me and should have only charged me for the pair that fit. I left crying and they didn’t care. Do not get retainers here they will not fit and you will be left with tooth pain and a crazy bill. I wish I never went to this dentist. My teeth are ruined because of them.

Was a new patient waited almost 2 hours , took everybody who came in after me before me, just to be told to reschedule for a cleaning and was seen for the dentist for 30 seconds. This was the worst place. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life and on top of it when I was told to reschedule for my cleaning, the front desk lady who seemed overwhelmed because she was by herself, told me to go sit down after I had just been waiting over two hours and she’ll get to me to reschedule. I’m never going back .

I don’t recommend Bright Now dental at all. Their staff was rude. One of their hygienists was scolding me like I was a child about an issue that was occurring with my teeth. I also had insanely long waits for nearly every visit I had here. They insisted that I needed 2 deep cleanings and then after the second one, they were already talking about a third. At this point I became suspicious because the deep cleanings were $200 out of pocket each time. This is hard for me to afford so I got a second opinion at another dentist. Sure enough, my teeth were fine and the deep cleaning wasn’t needed. It’s been over 8 months now and my teeth are still fine. That whole situation struck me as being very fishy. On top of all of that, Bright Now compromised my personal data with their lack of security measures. My name, ssn, address and other sensitive information was leaked because of them. Please learn from my mistakes and don’t go here. If you find yourself considering Bright Now, please know that there are other options in nearby areas (even if you have bad insurance like me). Bright now will be an unpleasant experience from start to end and I can almost guarantee that.

Absolutely horrible! Now I am looking for a new dentist. They need to retrain the hygienist & clean & sanitize the stations where patients are. I have never left during a dentist appointment in my life until yesterday. They also take all these X-rays that are literally unnecessary. They just want to bill the insurance so they add in more. I’ve had X-rays before they never do that many.

Dr. Nouneh did quick extraction based on old X-rays. I asked the doctor about my missing tooth, he referred me to his male nurse who didn’t say much about it. The nurse said it will be $4,000 to 5,000 per implant for one tooth

Scheduled 4 families for the exact same time with 1 dentist. Waiting for over an hour. No toys in the waiting room so my kid has to watch age inappropriate cartoon all afternoon. This place is an ABSOULTE MESS

Long post. The point is don't take your kids here. If you have all day to wait and a relatively uneventful dental life, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, story time:Our first visit was a standard cleaning appointment for my 9 year old son. This visit was standard and met our expectations for wait times, level of care, and bedside manner. The dentist was lovely, even! During that visit it was apparent that my son needed a cavity filled which was taken care of. Yay. About a week later he woke up in the middle of the night with tooth pain at the location of the new filling so I called the office a few minutes after opening time to inquire about an emergency visit. And I called. And I called. And I called, and called, and called. Although the business was listed as open, no one answered the phone for hours. I used the "on call" feature offered on the phone menu and spoke to someone who said that Bright Now Dental allows walk ins and it was suggested I take my son in to the office since no one was answering the phone and they were closing within a little more than an hour at this point. When I arrived, I explained that I had been trying to call since first thing and left messages with no response. The receptionist said that they had an all-staff meeting that day and they were only open for two hours this day - I mean, this would have been lovely to know during the million calls I made during "regular business hours". I was also told by the receptionist that I should not have been told that they take walk ins.(?? This fact is posted on their website - not a secret?)Thankfully, they took us to the back to check my son's tooth pain out, but once back in the chair and xray done, they said the remedy for the pain would be to wait it out and take Tylenol (since the new Xray didn't show a reason for the pain), or extraction. This was a baby molar and my son was in so much pain that he opted for extraction. This process was barbaric! Not enough pain medication given and my son had to be held down by an assistant while the (different than the first) dentist wrenched out his tooth. This dentist was almost inferring that the pain was imaginary prior to this and did not display compassion for my son during this excruciating procedure. She was complimenting the assistant repeatedly on the nice filling she did in this tooth. (gaslighting me and my son?) After getting a spacer put in to hold the other teeth out of the way for his adult molar to grow in this new gap, all was well - especially after going home and eating frozen treats for a day or so. FAST FORWARD.A few months later, we went in for another standard cleaning for two of our kids - for one thing, we were told one of our children were not on the schedule (although we had two appointment cards with this date and time) and we ultimately waited for an hour to be taken to the back. During our appointment we asked for the spacer to be checked - we were assured that his new molar wasn't close to coming in yet so no xray needed. Fine. Two and a half hours later, we're back home with fresh and shiny teeth.About two weeks later, while brushing, my son noticed that floss wasn't removing something near the spacer - it was his adult tooth! So we called the very next morning and left a voicemail saying that we would like to come in to get this spacer out, please help. No call back. This review is being left two weeks LATER after calling. And calling. And calling, and calling, and calling with NO answer and not a peep from them or any attempt to return our calls. You can read reviews like this and think that maybe WE were being jerks and so they are not urgently replying but I assure you that we have been professional, diplomatic and kind - trying to be understanding that we all are doing the best we can in life but MAN, momma bear is momma bear-ing right now. All this to say:DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.

I have been consistently satisfied with the care received from the North Olmsted Bright Now! Dental Center.Becky does the most thorough cleaning that I have ever had. The bonding procedure that was performed to address the erosion occurring on some of my molars was done quickly and without the need to numb me - that's a real plus!I am very happy with Bright Now!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews , because I work in service industries! But this was just ridiculous i was a new client and I had an appointment today at 1 pm I was told to come 30 minutes prior to my appointment to be able to fill out my new patient paperwork so I arrived at 12:35pm filled it out the waiting room started to fill up everybody was coming after me getting called before me ! I waited 2 hours from my arrival time went up to the front desk lady seemed angry that she was busy ! “She said your paper work went to the back your gonna have to hold on so I can go check on it “ so I sat back down 10 minutes didn’t even see her get up too look , or even move just kept taking appts ! Then another lady got called ahead of me and she arrived after me ! So I got up and left seriously unprofessional and not a care for the new patients ! Especially somebody that had a set appt ! But if I was late they would’ve canceled or made me reschedule!

After reading all these horrible reviews, I will not be returning to Bright Now Dental at any location I've been too. I've had appointments that I waited for hrs too. No one was rude, but I'm living close to this North Olmsted office. I'm definitely not going to use there dental services only to get upset and irritated.
