Rented from Budget (originally from the Airport location) but ran into some issues with having a local driver’s license (??♀️) however, I was advised to transfer my reservation to the North Olmsted location.They were able to accommodate us and it was even $300 cheaper than what we were going to pay at the airport. Definitely recommend this to anyone flying into Cleveland and looking for a rental (they even gave us a discount)!The lady who serviced us was extremely helpful and even wiped down our car when we saw there was some slight debris/sticky substance inside the cup holder. She was training another employee but was very attentive during our check in.

Never again.. I had a reservation 2 days in advance to take a taxi 30 minutes away to be told they don't have the car I need, mind you my cars engine blew so it's got to go to the shop, so then instead of improvising a plan to help out me and my husband, the CSR decided to try and make us pay a deposit of 200 and and upcharge on a different vehicle. So now my husband and I stuck 30 minutes from home with no car. I will never again ever use budget or none of it's affiliates. I'm just going to use enterprise like I have in the past from here on out. Dear Budget please do something about the people working at this location they need some extra CSR training. I'm a CSR and would never in my life treat people that way.

Rude and incompetent staff. Zero people skills. Said it was “too bad” they didn’t have the reservation I pre paid for. Escalating to state attorney general now that they refused to refund for reservation they didn’t even have but took my money forStay away!! Woold give zero stars if I could

Was given a car that was filthy... car had bad brakes, An Alignment issue, and the best of the worst want discovered until next morning...a nice blood stain on the headliner(was rolled back for sunroof when i picked it up) i caked multiple times finally to get a customer service rep with this wonderful solution " you should go to the airport and see if they have that size and can exchange it for you" seriously!!! He couldn't discount me, he couldn't or didn't want to find me another vehicle, and i spent hours, countless emails, and ultimately made an exciting moment in my family's life, well mine mainly due to fear of being blamed for stain, a far less enjoyable time. Finally someone said they'd refund one day of our rental back to us... well needless to say i dropped car off and paid.... no discount. I complained more and no one seemed to care or resound in a reasonable time frame. And the responses were typical bs auto generated were sorry, let us prove why we are awesome.... yeah right! Absolutely horrid expierence... then they had the nerve to send me a free upgrade to larger vehicle on my next visit.... yeah, never going to happen. Dirty store, dirty cars, useless customer support. Go to another place, you'll thank me later.

Tucked back into a small shopping center, the office is unassuming and easy to miss from the main road. Very nice people, no hard upsell on insurance etc, but the car was not ready when we arrived (which was 45 minutes after our reservation). Car was ready about 10 minutes later after they finished cleaning it. Car was inWanted to note in the record, before we pulled away, that the car had a ding and smelled of the previous driver smoking - not a deal breaker but just wanted to record it was delivered to us this way. The office was suddenly very busy by the time the car arrived and it delayed our departure another 5-7 minutes. Still, they made sure to make it right.Overall a good experience. I would rent here again. A lot less hectic than at the airport, and easier to access.

Agree with others. Terrible worker who doesn't know how to do his job. Called corporate but the hold times are hours so I just gave up and went somewhere else.

One of our cars had to get some repairs done, so we needed to rent a car. This had to be the most expensive rental I've encountered. For 5hrs, we needed up paying over $130. When I called to find out why we had to have the car back by 6 or get charged for a whole extra day I was told he(my husband) said he could have it back by 6 so if he wants to keep it longer he'll have to pay the late fee. I said we've had the car for less then 8hrs?!? What would he be charged if he hadn't said that? He said oh the same price as one day. I said it seems like you want to scam people out of money, if he was going to get changed the same price weather he got the car back today or tmrw why wouldn't you have said that? To my understanding this is a privately owned/ franchised this is not the type of person who's business I want to support.

I tried to rent a car. Paid online then the guy proceeded to tell me I needed to pay an extra 250 bucks and he needed my card to swipe. I paid online and it said my car would be ready and never was. I was out $377. Nowhere did it say online I needed to pay an extra $250 to get the car

RUDE, NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, AND DISORGANIZED.I made a reservation about 2 months in advance to go see my family, attend my grandmothers 80th birthday, and to visit my parents for the first time since 2019.I called multiple times for Budget to make sure they sent "non driver disabled person rental" to make sure this local office would have paperwork ready and they did wonderful. I tried calling the local number numerous times to make sure nothing would cause a delay or if I needed to modify if needed. THIS WAS IMPORTANT TO ME. Had Iknown some things(by actually reaching the local employee) I could've changed my plans in plenty of time. The employee walked out a SECOND time to help someone else without a word when I was trying to ask if I had any other options.I'm not upset because I wasnt able to rent, I was upset because we were dismissed and under acknowledged and ignored. I was about to spend my whole savings of $1000+ because it was that important for me to be with family this year. My family was kind enough to loan us a reliable vehicle so we could visit our long distance family. We went to Enterprise down the road and they tried so hard to accommodate us but were unable to do so. If I EVER rent a vehicle it will be at Enterprise and NEVER Budget. NEVER.

Listen... DO NOT DO IT! This place is a NIGHTMARE. I prepaid my rental from this location. I get there the man tells me has no cars and I should have called him not prepaid. HUH? Who is calling to rent a car in 2021. Then slams down a number to call which only rings busy to get my refund. After arguing with him for 30 min I leave and have to scour the internet for the right number. Only to have him cancel the reservation like I never showed. I finally talked to someone and got them to refund me. This location needs to be shut down. The man was so rude and ignorant. Budget... do better.
