Why in the world would you close the offices, disable online services AND CURRENTLY your automated services are down?! This is THE WORST banking system in history! And NO I don't want to call in to talk to a banker and they ask a MILLION questions just to verify my account. Terrible! Zero stars. Do not recommend! I've been meaning to change banks and NOW is the time!!

Rhonda is the worst person you could ever have working here. Unhelpful, causes more issues than solving. Unprofessional and down right rude. Also century as a whole completely screwed me when buying my house and cause my closing date to me moved because they didn’t transfer MY MONEY the day I asked they took their good old time and didn’t care to mention to me that this was happening. I would not recommend century federal credit Union to my worst enemy. They go through managers like water so no one is held accountable. Worst ban out there looking forward to closing all of my account with this terrible institution.

This credit union is members only!! Dont waste your time!! Moving in from out of state looking to move Assets from another credit union. If Iam from a diffrent state I wouldnt have family or my Business wouldnt be apart of the credit union Obviously so this is a bad system they are running. Proly will be out of Business soon..What a bad way to handle bussiness.... wow!!

Sarah was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting a new debit card for my husband. John is 90 and has memory problems. Even though I have power of attorney, I wasn't familiar with how to prove it and she was kind enough to talk my husband through the necessary process.Dolores Pollack

After a loan officer from the Independence branch botched my loan application for new car financing, I visited the North Olmstead branch to get things fixed. On Friday, about 4:30 PM, I sat down with Laura at the North Olmstead branch. At 5:15 PM I left with a letter of credit to pick up a new car immediately afterwards.This review is to recognize Laura Baldwin for her excellent and prompt service. She fit us in last minute, with no appointment, and fixed my application. A good chunk of the 45 minutes we spent there, involved getting some paperwork clarified from the dealer, and Laura had the patience of getting us squared away even as the branch was getting ready to close. To her, it seemed important to get the details confirmed, rather than having someone else take over the next day - and she did everything she could to allow us to purchase the car the same day!I highly recommend Laura at the North Olmstead branch for your financing needs! You will be in good hands.

Went to the North Olmsted location, paper sign on the door said “ closed for lunch till 1:45 pm”. What bank closes in the middle of the day? Some working people can only go to the bank during lunch hours. Have several accts at this bank. One acct was charged inactive fees and paper statement fees even though I have lots of activity in my other accts and I am enrolled in estatements. When I called to have it fixed I had to talk to 4 different ppl, one who hung up on me. Was told I would get a call back from the general manager, which happened 3 days later after me having to call AGAIN. He didn’t fix what he said he would. At this point it will be easier to close my accts and take my business elsewhere. Not worth wasting my time with this credit union. Also the teller with the short hair is rude and unfriendly.

I opened an account here for petty cash purposes only. During the ongoing Covid-19 situation, I haven’t had the need for the account. In six months, they have charged outrageous inactivity fees. To close my account, I had to visit in person. The teller was very rude and impersonal. This was not a good experience at all.

I would avoid this credit union at all costs. They discontinue products on a dime. They have no mobile to mobile banking product that doesn't take 3 to 5 days. They have terrible hours, from 8 to 4. It is terrible personal service. I haven't had anyone greet me or recognize me. Their online system is very antiquated. For two years, I have tried to have them update my cell number without success. It's all of the drags of a small credit union without any of the perks. There are better small credit unions out there.

My fiancee attempted to visit this branch today to make a very important transaction. She arrived at roughly 3:45 PM expecting to be able to conduct business but the branch was closed with no signage explaining why.
