By the clerk with the first desk when you walk in, closing early is more important to them then helping their customers. They should reevaluate their priorities.

There is a reason why this location for Chase already has a subpar score for reviews on the Internet it’s because of the disrespectful cognitive indolent individuals that work there especially the teller that worked the counter yesterday who was extremely disrespectful for whatever reason and very unprofessional when requesting to speak with management then management comes out only to take my business card not give me one of theirs and tell me that someone will call me. I have been doing my personal and business banking with Chase for the past five years I have been a loyal client I have received very respectful services from other locations but yesterday I was disgusted and disappointed on the immature behavior from how my business transaction should have happened yesterday and it didn’t. I came in to deposit a check for my business as I normally do and instead of being handled with respect I was rushed I was then given objections by the teller as to why they couldn’t do or performer certain act for me for the transaction which I then left with my check and went to Strongsville Bank and was able to do the transaction with no issues and I was treated with pure respect and dignity as I should be as a client. Whoever is in charge of this location you need to pick the phone up and start rectifying the issues with your clients being handled inappropriately also you need to reevaluate who you have working there because I never signed up to do business with children who are disrespectful I signed up to do business with mature adults who are professional and helpful.

Brian helped me quickly and efficiently with a possible fraudulent charge to my account. He fixed the problem and explained it clearly. Thanks.

I went into the bank to get papers notarized. I was greeted upon entering. There were two ladies that do notary. I waited less than five minutes for one of the ladies in the office to help me. She was very friendly and spent time talking with me after. They were very clean inside. Parking was not an issue. I was able to park right in front by the door.

Chase Bank can steal money out of your account on a weekend but can't put it back until Monday

Very friendly and informative staff. I just wish the outside atm was easier to maneuver to without being in the way of the parking lot exit when there's a line

worst customer service ever. Have been calling for 4 days to get through, on hold for hours to continuously get disconnected with no results!

Prospective customers, I’d ignore the negative reviews. Having worked in banking, years ago, and having banked with different institutions, nationwide; Chase easily surpasses them all. North Olmsted may be a larger suburb. However, you feel as though Chase is your local hometown bank. Professionally friendly, thorough, superb service. What impresses me most, no one tries to up-sell. If one has to be slightly inconvenienced, waiting. Remember, each customer is treated with dignity and respect. If you’re looking for a bank that herds quicker than horses and a chuck wagon; you know what institution I’m speaking of.
