The lady was very friendly and patient with my 6 year old who got her ears pierced. They are pricy though.

Been shopping at Claire's for a long time now and always liked it. Went in recently to get my ears pierced. Sophie was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. Only downside is they need more staff working.
