Don't bother. I had Diane von Furstenburg, Armani, and other luxury brand dresses and shoes. Brought them in the first time, and they said to come back when their luxury person could review them and maybe to touch up the armpit area on dresses. Came back a couple weeks later, and now the story is they just have too many. The stock on the racks is way less nice and it's ridiculous to make people come back multiple times. Just be honest up front, but if you have really nice brands, you are better off trying to sell on eBay.

Poor customer service! No one nice works at this location. Every visit is terrible, most recently two ladies closed and locked the door early right in my face.

I have sold clothes to other clothes mentor stores in the past, never any issues. Recently moved up to Olmsted area and found this location. Brought in several bags of clothes, some still with tags, and none of them had stains. 1st was told that the clothes must be picked up same day, never did this at other locations, 2nd they bought none of the clothes saying they don't buy that size. This confused me as I buy the same size I was selling to them from them, and the other locations do buy the same sizes as I had. CSR that was working was extremely rude. I will never step for back in this location. I will do the hour drive to go back to the locations that appreciate my business. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not worth the time and trouble. I brought in several brand new items with the tags on them. They chose to buy only a few items which were by far the least of my favorites. They told me my clothes were outdated, however, at least one pair of pants are still on sale at a local department store and are on trend. I feel like the people buying the clothes have very poor taste. They are also very rude and demeaning to customers. It is far better to take your clothes to a business that appreciates it and knows what they are doing. I will never go there again.

There are brand new items for a very affordable price all high end brands. Employees are friendly, courteous, elegant and sweet. They were really polite with my kids while I was shopping on a weekend. I will definitely be back.

A good selection, it is organized by color and sizes , not messy or overstocked. HOWEVER... they need to hire some friendly people. Instead of mean menopause women. Hateful and rude. Probably won't come back

Avoid this place if you're a stylish woman. I clearly should have read the reviews before wasting my time driving here. Save yourself the hassle and head to Strongsville or Sandusky, where both the clothes and the customer service actually deliver. This store desperately needs a new team; it's obvious the owner isn't learning from the feedback. They respond to reviews, but the customer experience remains unchanged. They just answer reviews with the same tired old response

Don't waste your time. My clothes still had the tags on it...size 10's. I was given a whopping $22.00 for 3 dress, pair of slacks, and a 3/4 sleeve spring shirt and a couple pieces of jewelry. Not worth the effort for $22. Next time I will donate to Common Threads.

In my opinion, the amount of disrespect upon trying to sell my items was obnoxious. I believe the person helping me said that she priced my items low because I had so many item. Most in great condition. I walked around the store and things that I thought were disgusting / heavily used were priced triple. Instead of saying thank you for your beautiful items, I was disrespecting and I felt cheated. Awful.

I bought a leather coach bag and it was shipped in a poly mailer. Who ships a leather purse in a poly mailer? I paid $139 for it and they couldn’t ship it in a box to protect it from damage. The bag was squished and full of creases and wrinkles in the glovetanned leather. I reached out to the seller and they never once apologized for the condition I received the bag or the inadequate packing. Just said ”all sales are final” and then stopped responding after I sent them numerous photos of the damage. Had to open a dispute with my payment method. Don’t buy anything from this store. Won’t help and doesn’t accept any responsibility just says too bad so sad.

The North Olmsted store is always clean, organized and not overcrowded. Friendly, polite and attentive staff as well.
If you're LOOKING TO SELL:
1. Best to call the store and ask what they need the most, which can vary daily.
2. Bring your clean, recent (from past 1-3 yrs) fashions folded neatly in a tote or laundry basket.
3. You will get a best payout if you bring only 1 or 2 totes; more than that, & you'll not get the best earnings.
4. Be sure to note their cut off time for purchasing - usually 1 hour BEFORE they close. They stick to that cut off time!
