I went here to cash in a gift certificate that I received as a gift. The woman who did my pedicure cut the side of my foot with the foot file. They pressured me into getting gel done so I agreed to it on my toes since we are going on vacation and I wanted them to look nice the whole time. They started chipping off before I went to bed that night. I will never go back. Terrible expirence.
EDITED TO ADD:: the cut ended up getting badly infected.
Cleanliness: My foot got an infection from a cut that the tech gave me.

This place has gone downhill the past few years. Very outdated, and they don’t put in much effort to improve it. The best nail technician they had (Ken) has left.They don’t have a very big polish selection, and if the staff doesn’t want to do a certain color, or design they will tell you they don’t know how in order to get out of doing it. Nu one of the main nail techs actually takes phone calls/ texts/plays games on her phone while doing your nails. They don’t use sanitary wraps for their pedicure spas. I also have witnessed them telling people they are busy on the phone when nobody is even there. I hope this place steps up their game.

I went yesterday it was 6:30 they close at 7 I didn't think she will take me but she did she was super nice and she did exactly what I want . I was surprised she said 32 dollars because normally I pay 40 or 50 dollars for a gel on my nails. I will definitely go back ☺️

I've been going there for years I love there service. Tammy is my pedicure AMAZING!! Mary is my nail tech. But overall couldn't go wrong with any of them SWEET.

Horrible avoid at all cost ! Came in and they rushed less than 10 min working on my feet ! I haven't been to the salon in a min and I really needed a pamper . Then I got my nails done it was also rushed ! So unprofessional . Guy kept walking over telling the lady to hurry up and then I dhow they what I wanted they said they could do it but then said they couldn't when they were putting the acrylics on smh! Do not go

Last few times my nails chipped within a few days of being done. I had to ask for them to be redone last time before I left because the white on my tips was so thin you could see through it. My toes were filed so short they hurt. I am a long time customer but will be looking for a new place to go.Services: French manicures

This is a place my step mom comes to for a long time!! I was out shopping early Saturday morning and needed somewhere to get my nails done and thank goodness they were open at 9:30am and were able to take me in right away with no wait. Did an excellent service and was fast and quick. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to this salon monthly for the past 9 years. I always go to the same nail tech who does a very nice job, but is a bit rough and I frequently leave with a cut around my fingers. I still leave a generous tip and always go back because the owner is so sweet and everyone is friendly. Today, my regular tech was so rude to me. She did not speak to me or make eye contact the entire time, even though I was trying to engage our usual chit chat. She spend a great deal of the time on her phone while doing my nails. When it was time to pay she took my card and when the owner came to the desk she said something to her and then went back and sat at her station without saying a word to me. Sorry if you're having a bad day, but to treat a long time, loyal customer so rudely is unacceptable. Sadly, I will not be back. Its time to look for another salon.

I have a special event today. I had made an appointment at another nail salon. Long after my appointment time, I was still sitting and waiting for service. I left and was pleased that Deluxe Nails took me as a walk in :-) I was very happy with my manicure and wished I had made my appointment there to begin with! I've already scheduled my next appointment for the day before my wedding.
