I had a terrible experience at Dillard’s trying to return a suit. I wasn’t able to attend the event I bought it for, and although the tags were off, the suit was clean and completely unworn. I’ve returned items before without tags, but this time the staff claimed it was “dirty” — which was simply not true. I shop at Dillard’s often for Polo and this was actually the third suit I’ve bought from them, so I expected better treatment. Instead, the employees were extremely rude. After denying the return, one of them took my receipt and threw it away. When I asked where it was, they said they “didn’t know,” and I had to go behind their desk and dig through their trash can to find it myself. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. I will never shop at Dillard’s again.

I love Dillards! The staff is always helpful and caring. I've been shopping at Dillards for my clothes for decades. I took my mom recently to Dillatds at Great Northern Mall. We found great new spring outfits and had a lot of fun ! I highly recommend Dillards!

Big store has three floors. Beautiful clothes. Lots of dresses on the second floor. A little high priced though!

Incredible Experience - Madeline is a Lifesaver!
I had one of the most unexpected yet heartwarming experiences today at Dillards in the mall, all thanks to Madeline I came in to find a dress for my friend's wedding, and Madeline was so helpful from the start--kind, patient, and full of great suggestions. But while I was trying on dresses, I suddenly started feeling dizzy and unwell.
Madeline didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately brought me water and snacks, stayed by my side, and kept checking on me the whole time. She stayed with me for over an hour, making sure I was okay. She didn't stop there-she even called another coworker who has nursing experience, and that person checked my pulse, calmly asked me questions about how I was feeling, and made sure I was okay. Madeline even offered to call the ambulance or take me to the hospital and genuinely cared about how l was feeling. Even though I felt embarrassed, she made me feel safe, supported, and never alone.
That level of care is rare and speaks volumes about her character and dedication to her customers.
Shopping at Dillard's didn't just result in finding a beautiful dress--it reminded me that real human kindness still exists. The service was not only professional, but deeply personal and compassionate. I left feeling taken care of, supported, and truly valued as a customer.
From now on, I'll only shop at this mall, and I've already told all my friends to do the same. Thank you so much, Madeline and team--you're truly angels!

Was at the Dillards at Great Northern Mall - saw Jen (manager) perform an unnecessary and horrid display of self-righteous pompous behavior while "constructively criticizing" staff. There was nothing but incompetent management by a self-entitled manager having a bad day and taking it out on kids. Any adult who treats children like that is deplorable. I will NEVER shop at this store again as it has delusional management that views treating people like that is "good for the organization and their personal growth." If it was my child whom was being yelled at in such a manner.... Grrrr. Whomever is a senior manager there needs to take Jen outside and give her a taste of her own medicine and see if she views it as a "growth experience" or just the harassment that it is.

Instead of putting an X over a size to indicate out of stock they make you put it in your cart only to tell you it’s not available that’s annoying and send like a simple fix DILLARDS…
