Terrible experience with rude staff member. I was just in the store with my wife, who WAS a frequent shopper at this location. A couple of minutes after we entered the store, a young clerk came over and told my wife she needed to leave her bag at the counter. I told him that was her purse, and he said "that's a bookbag". I said she would not be leaving her purse and that I would rather leave. He replied "you can leave". I asked if other women with larger handbags were asked to leave them, he smugly repeated "that's a bookbag". I can understand a "bookbag policy" for school aged people, but we are far from that age range. The clerk was rude and obnoxious and my wife and I were very offended, because he essentially treated us like potential thieves. Won't be going back.

It's a store with cheap stuff. No high expectations here, it is what it is. You'll find something useful here. Most of the time, in and out. I like this one a lot better than the one closer to my home.

This is the most organized and well stocked dollar tree ive ever seen in my life in 3 states (florida, illinois, ohio). Customer service was great too. Whoever does the organizing needs a raise!

Overall clean store. Customer service is absolute trash. The morning cashier is absolutely rude to all her customers. On several occasions I constantly overhear her talking horrible about the customers and she talks to everyone like they’re dumb. Managers don’t seem to care either.

This was the first time I visited the store on Lorain in North Olmsted.Very clean, very neat and organized!All Dollar Trees should take a lesson from them.
