“Jendaya” is ignorant and very demeaning towards customers. I had a return and she said she would do a “one time courtesy” then goes back on her word and comes up with an excuse to try and not give it to me. She has a major lack of professionalism and should not be a “manager” at least that’s what she claimed to be.

I went there to pick up my online order. The cashier(I didn't get her name) just slides my 2 shoe boxes to me. I had to ask for a bag,she was about to hand me the bag. I had to tell her I don't work there,can you put them in the bag?

If I could not even give 0star I would. This girl did a “refund” which she clearly didn’t know how to do she charged my card again for the amount I was exchanging and it’s been a month that I’ve been calling dsw customer service and they still haven’t refunded my money thanks to the horrible mistake this girl did. I will never shop at this store very expensive and horrible customer service.

North olmsted, Ohio. Store manager is never very helpful or friendly. I much prefer crocker in westlake, their store managers go out of their way for customers.

I wasn't impressed. The prices are outrageous and not one wide width shoes.
