Went today..had questions about buying return label for ebay..the old man with gray hair was very rude to me and my son..it's like he did not want to be bothered and had something else to do that was more important! I'll avoid going to this location..I prefer not to be treated like I'm an inconvenience !

I had a great experience at this store today thanks to Kathie! I stopped in to print a few things for an upcoming trip, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process quick and easy, even offering suggestions to make sure everything printed perfectly. It was such a relief to have someone so kind and capable assisting me when I was in a bit of a time crunch. Thanks again, Kathie!

Horrible customer service. The creepy older man wearing blue jeans (not a FedEx uniform) is always incredibly rude and behavioral strange. He does not assist customers but watches as they struggle with packages. He also makes disparaging comments about them behind their backs. He is affecting the FedEx brand.

Whoever is working at this location at 6pm on Monday the 9th was a very rude and sarcastic employee. Definitely not someone I'd hire for my business. I'd avoid this location just like the other bad reviews say, until they fire this terrible , terrible employee that is.

Only giving this place 2 stars because they have the tools and technology to probably do what you need for faxing, printing, and copying but if you require any assistance please expect the very least. While I am tech savvy, I spent 20 minutes helping a very kind man send a fax because the store associates couldn’t spend 5 minutes trying to explain the self service kiosk or assist the gentleman.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Associate was beyond rude to the point of making my wife cry. She came with a prepaid package and the older gentleman there was beyond rude to her. She doesn’t mail things often and the gentleman or I should say POS there continued to disrespect my wife and talk a whole lot of me the whole time. Don’t expect any customer service at this location. Whatever you do please avoid this location since the management there do not care how they treat paying customers

Horrible customer service. Attempted to take a prepaid FedEx package to this location. Associate stood and watched me unload from my truck while my wife helped only to tell me we probably cant ship after getting it indoors. Then took time to measure and stated its size was okay but does it have batteries? WELL YEAH YOU DONUT ITS AN ELECTRIC BIKE! Sorry we don't ship those. Then I mention FedEx delivered it and said that must be a DIFFERENT FEDEX.....really get a grip this is why people don't use your service. You are pathetic! Go back and talk to your girlfriend at the counter while the customers struggle.
