Let me be clear - the North Olmsted Branch of 5/3 is great. No complaints about the branch as they are professional and do their best to help the customer. Now that said... If you are looking for a bank for something as simple a receiving a paycheck - FIND ANOTHER BANK!! Don't believe me - check out Reddit and the BBB concerning 5/3 and their reputation - it is terrible for a reason. Bank is a 5/3rds better than what? Answer: Eternal Damnation with Lucifer! Where to begin? Between lost paperwork, being told that large US banks do not exist because "I have not heard of them", five different rounds of submitting IDs, hours spent on the phone & emails and the fact that the branch literally cannot do anything without approval from the Philippines administration. Seriously! I wish I was joking, but branches are dependent upon the Philippines admin changing computer settings concerning customers. I submitted all paperwork online as well as brought in 5 forms of ID (passport, etc.) and utility bills - and it was still not enough for 5/3 Bank. I physically paid a measly $28 deposit ($20 cash and a check because 5/3 informed me that Capital One is not a "real bank" for transfers) along with drivers license & passport and was later told that I was committing bank fraud and all of my accounts were shut-down. Again, not the branch - 5/3 based out of the Philippines who froze all of my accounts at the North Olmsted Branch. Good luck trying to shut-down an account because without Philippine approval - the money in the account is forfeited to 5/3 general account! Now before some manger writes and says "We are.... blah blah blah" How about you contacting me first to discover what a abhorrent mess it is to deal with 5/3 customer service? The North Olmsted Branch is great, but dealing with 5/3 as a bank is another circle in Dante's Inferno. Contact me 5/3 manger! I want this conversation with you.

I stopped in to open a checking account, and I was helped by Grace, an account manager. She is amazing. Grace explained the different options with the account, and she walked me through setting it up. She was extremely professional and understood my needs completely. I appreciate the attention and the service. These days, it's hard to find someone like Grace who understands service and who doesn't push products.

The heavyset female blonde office worker(not a teller ) has a poor attitude. Non-professional and probably needs to find a new line of work. Looks like you need a real supervisor there to teach the employees about core values, customer, service, and relationships with clients. I will be moving to JP Morgan as soon as possible.

When I went there to deposit cash into my account as soon as I walked into the bank I was greated with a welcome and the teller I had was so nice and she asked me how my day was and was interested in what I had to say I would recommend this bank and company to anyone and everyone ??????????

Nonah was extremely rude, hostile, and refused services offered by fifth third on their website. Not a great bank if you don't do what you say you do online. Bit of training required.

I made multiple attempts to deposit a check here. Each time I was told my check couldn't be deposited. I had the check reissued from the issuer multiple times and kept getting the same answer. The answer was always "we can't deposit this check for you" and not "let's find a way to figure this out." Eventually, I went to another 5/3 branch where my check was deposited without issue. Avoid this location like the plague, specifically the people that work on Saturdays.

This is both a five star review and a one star review. Stopped by the branch to open an additional account for my son. Experienced incredible customer service by Nonah who I had spoken to on the phone when inquiring if an appointment was needed. When we arrived at the branch Nonah greeted us, asked if we wanted water and mentioned the wait would be quick. Did everything in her power to free up a banker in our 45 minute wait. Additionally, Megan did a fantastic job with us in facilitating the opening of the account. The extremely aggravating part of this experience was listening to a banker and a customer talk personally for 45 minutes while we waited.Again kudos to Nonah and Megan.

This bank is a typical bank. We go with it because of my father's military discount really. Most of the tellers and managers are kind and courteous, unfortunately one of the older female managers is often rude to my husband and I because of personal reasons.
