I brought my car in for an alignment - I had a feeling already they would screw me over because i’m a woman. When I had finished paying I pointed to the papers that were pulled out of the bag with my keys and asked if they were mine and the guy told they were his copies and I would be emailed. Later I speak with my boyfriend and we call because he wanted to see the alignment sheet and I was never emailed one like I was told. Now its “We dont email them you have to ask for a copy”. I have my boyfriend go in and get the alignment sheet because clearly they can’t understand me. They never adjusted my front camber and then argued with him that the only way to adjust that is to replace the struts which is exactly why I brought my car in because we had just done my struts lol. Lazy and stupid techs and service writers I guess.

The folks there are knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. They always strive to get me in at the earliest opening and keep me posted when finished. Very nice people working there!

Today I had a wonderful experience at the Firestone in North Olmsted. I had the pleasure of working with Justin and Bill. They were very honest and transparent and very helpful. I recommend visiting this Firestone for your car needs!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Firestone in North Olmsted! Bill was a joy to talk with and turned a stressful situation far from home into a breeze. His professionalism, kindness, and thorough explanation of the repair process put my mind at ease. The service was prompt, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I explained to them what was going on, they called me back a little later in the day and told me what the problems were and what they recommended be done and why. They said the car would be done the next day and it was. When I picked it up, he went through everything they did again, asked if I had any questions, and was very pleasant and professional to work with.

Worst service I have ever had walking into a shop. The manager was beyond arrogant and extremely irritating to work with. If they all focused on their jobs maybe just maybe the can deliver a somewhat competent service. Will not be returning. Conrad’s has better pricing anyways.

Beware of this location. Their techs do not know what they are doing. I took my car in a year ago to have the rotors and pads replaced. I ended up having to take it back twice because the brackets kept scraping.They finally realized they needed to order them from the dealer. I should have learned the first time. I recently took it there because the check engine light came on. They said I had a small evap. leak. After the supposed repair, the next day the light was back on. They stated it needed another part. They changed it, then the next day the light came back on again and I couldn't fill my gas tank. The pump kept shutting off. I called them immediately and told them I thought maybe one of the lines was crimped. They assured me no that can't be. They said I'm sorry you'll have to take it to the dealer. Everytime we run a diagnostic it comes up with a different code. Fortunately they refunded my money. I took it to the dealer and they sent me a picture of the problem. The tech had left a pair of pliers on the evap. line. This is what caused the code and not being able to fill my tank. I'm now out $160 for the diagnostic testing from the dealer.

Gave a discount on the car but left it with a new problem. A sort of typewriter sound and a bubbling sound when I start it. They say it's nothing and brush it off

My tire caught an nail that caused the tire to deflate fast. I needed an quick solution as I needed my car to get to point A B and C. After trying a few places in the area and being turned down due to the time of day for service, Firestone was able to get me in that very moment when I called. I needed my tire plugged and wouldn't have made it to work or home without the team there that help this evening. Thanks for the service and quickly getting me back on the road again! - Thank you! ?
