Terrible customer service we bought an Xbox series X for our kids for Christmas as they were playing it it started smoking so we called the store and they gave us some bullcrap that we can’t return it for a refund because they can’t sell it full price anymore because it was opened. Well you can’t sell it anyway because it clearly broken . We then called corporate and they said as long as it’s within 7 days you can return it open or not and they still said at the store well it’s our store policy. So now we are stuck with a 500.00 paper weight because we did not want to exchange it for another Xbox we were going to buy a ps5 instead. And then the little kids they have working there hung up on us when we told them what their corporate office said. My husband has been a GameStop pro member probably longer then there staff has been working their. Will never ever shop and GameStop and we have contacted an attorney to find a legal route.

Bought a pre owned controller for a ps4 for my cousins birthday . controller did not pair or work for his system . Called the location once this young 10 year old was able to tell me it dosent work . There saying after 15 days can’t do anything , asked for a manager and was hung up on . I would be carefull going to this location . Workers there are there to scan and disrespect customers .

Ordered a game in store and got an email from Gamestop the next day saying my order was canceled because the store didn’t place my order within a certain amount of time and that I have to go to the store to get my refund.

They wouldn't return a binder and a pack of sleeves that was unopened even though I bought them the same day. Couldn't even give me store credit for them. How are these stores still open?

Customer service is fantastic! Sales people are not pushy and will help you locate what you can't find even if it means sending you to a different GameStop.

This is a great place to grow your game collection and I recommend you stop by once in a while, the only downside is the trade in value is kinda bad.

1 worker on phone with manager another worker stocking shelf. I was in their 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I was going to make a purchase but customer service was non exisistant. No customer service= no sale.?

The last time I was in a GameStop before they closed- they said they were no longer accepting cash payments and that in order for me to buy something- I would have to buy one of their gift cards and also that I would not be receiving any change back if I made the purchase on whatever I would buy. Have not been to any of their locations since the NES mini stock shortage- which was not their fault- but I wanted to get one for a Christmas gift for my family and no one had any. Will not shop here again.
