So I was quoted my prescription would be ready Friday after 12 noon. I gave them an extra day and the rude Arab pharmacist told me nothing is ready and they are having a hard time obtaining the script. Fair no issue but when asked why did they not call me to let me know this, in her rude brush me off attitude said they try to order it 3 times. Not sure why this answers the lack of communication to myself. No call no text nothing.
Then they shut most of the lights off 30 minutes before close to not be bothered until they close. I wasn't even sure they were open which is what they wanted to not assist customers. If you don't want to work quit and move on, don't act like you are so busy moving pills from one big bottle to smaller bottles. Due to her lack of customer service I transferred all 10 of my scripts to CVS as well as all my family members. I have been a loyal GE pharmacy customer for a long time. Going back to when the pharmacy was located where the current liquor store is. You lost a loyal family due to Naheel and her lack of support. And for the record the item GE could not obtain CVS had the very next morning. They were more than happy to help me.
Beware folks look elsewhere if service and communication is important to you.
I have asked to be contacted by leadership from GE pharmacy and crickets in response.

Pharmacy tech was super rude when refilling my meds. Had to call 3 separate times to get it done and I’m still waiting for my meds. I was told it would be done yesterday, now I’m being told it’ll be done today. I need my meds and they just keep telling me to wait for the text messages. Not helpful. Rude.

On September 14th, Tuesday, me and my sister were at your punk as store buying food for our family and the cashier called me the n-word to my face. Her name was Kimberly, that was the name on her tag. I have never heard back from corporate so I'm posting this here so everybody can know what kind of establishment this is.

I wholeheartedly support Giant Eagle because they hire 'special needs' teens and adults! This is highly commendable, and they have my full respect. Aside from that, they always have a great selection of almost anything you could want in a full service supermarket. A great asset to the community!

Giant Eagle needs to stop cheating their customers when it comes to clipped coupons. Today was the last day to use a clipped coupon I had for the Magnum Icecream bars, but they had already removed my coupon from the clipped section when I went shopping for it today. I took a picture of this coupon, since it has happened to me before . This is second time they have removed my clipped coupon this is how their system is set up, don't think their computer is taking off clipped coupons on the day it is suppose to expire.I had till 04/29/2022 to use it, bizarre it was already removed in the morning .

I understand it snowing. But my son and I went into the store today. The parking was not even plowed. Customers were stuck. My son and I pushed 2 customers out. Went inside to talk to a manager this was about 4:15!pm. This manager on duty tells me “I don’t understand why people are in the store anyway?” So I told him they are there because they need things. And if he didn’t want it he should have closed his store. He tells me about the Becco that got stuck and couldn’t do any more work. Really sad when a big store like Giant Eagle knew this storm was coming and was not prepared. And your manager was rude. Your customers are pushing other’s customers out of snow so the can try to leave the parking lot.

Got in line today with my 4 and 5 year old grandkids. They were excited and happy and yes a little loud asking for popcorn etc and the old lady cashier who was ringing up someone in front of us said to my grandkids BE QUIET!! SHUT UP!! I CAN'T HEAR!! My grandson is autistic, he doesn't understand that he was too loud. This was Unacceptable! You need to educate your cashier's especially the old slow ones what Autism is and what an autistic child goes through. Now all my 4 year old grandson keeps saying is THAT MEAN ADULT TOLD ME TO SHUT UP. I'm so furious I don't know if I'll be back to shop there. The cashier's name is VERNA! What a evil mean old lady she is
