I went for a haircut and got my neck butchered with cuts all the way across it so I went back up to get a refund from the GM a few days later and I amsed for a refund a few times and she said she wanted to see if she could fix it up first. I thought she was going to fix the mistake they made and then give me my refund but instead she fixed it and told me to have a good day and that I didnt owe her anything😂 I wouldn't have paid anything for them to fix what they did and they didn't give me my refund even though I asked several times. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you like scars across your neck.

Walked in early around 10 am for a simple cut. The young woman with tattoos asked me my name and that was about the end of our interaction the entire time. I tried being friendly when I sat down but she wasn't having it. I must have been stopping her from her morning break because she rushed through my cut as fast as I've ever seen in my life. I get home and she gave me a half rounded, half squared neckline.. This must have happened when she flew by neck at mach 4 speed. I can understand a tough morning but please refrain from butchering paying customers. Go to westlake branch down the street, way better.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon and the staff are very kind. Olivia took care of me and was very informative, efficient and gentle. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

In my opinion worst haircut I have got in my entire life. The person who cut my hair didn’t have any experience and looked like they were cutting hair for the first time. Will never go back.

I took my daughter to get layers in her hair. Terri was the stylist and I told her I didn't see any layers so she started pulling her bangs back and flipping her hair around saying see there's the layers. She was very persistent on trying to prove there were layers and there wasn't. I started saying things and she was like your daughter is only 15. ( Exactly she's 15 not 5) don't talk to me like I or my daughter shouldn't do certain things to her hair. We left cause I felt like I was beating my head against a brick wall. When we got home we were messing with her hair and the layers were not there. My husband took her back up there ( sam day) and she showed her a picture of how she wanted her hair to look and right away Terri tells her it looks like that cause of all the product the girl in the picture uses. no you can still see layers without have product in your hair. Once again very persistent on doing what she wants and not the paying/ paid customer. Let alone she was very rough with my daughters head to the point she came home with a headache and sore. Also the other lady that was working ( she wears a hijab) I believe that's what it is called. She had the nerve to tell my husband that he couldn't touch my daughters hair. Seriously! STILL NO LAYERS!

Rachel and Mason were amazing! I took my son in for a haircut and the customer service was beyond wonderful. He suffers from a sensitive skin condition and Rachel was on top of knowing how to appropriately work with it. Mason was awesome with the assist. They made my son feel like a million bucks after his cut was done. Thank you!!!!

the lady who cut my hair had me for her last cut before she was off today around 1:45 and rushed through the hair cut leavinf sides uneven and ignoring the picture i showed her smh
